I order through the app to get some offers. It seems like everytime I have ordered through the app it takes a long time to get my order. While waiting for my order I saw cars pull into order and promptly get their food. This is my only complaint, as the food was delicious and fresh.
The food is great , the service is what needs to be worked on , ordered a cheese burger and premium Hotdog, was given a Chili dog instead, was already at home so decided to keep it , so now I'll go back to only buying Bags of Ice. And the Custom shakes should be thicker.
This is the first time in a long time that I have gone to Sonic. Sonic has really been a let down in the past few years but this Sonic had hot and fresh food. They even gave Molly a treat. Thanks for giving service customers will come back for.
