This is my local go to place for morning beverages, breakfast tacos, and really good bagels! They specialize in cold brew coffee but they also have chai and matcha! The guy is cool and professional. I always love chatting with them and enjoying a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing! The staff is so lovely and welcoming, and my pumpkin spice latte and breakfast tacos were incredible. The red salsa was absolutely to die for, I can't wait to go back and get more omg. This will definitely be my new morning spot!

I really should have known better when I saw the menu board was down. Then as I waited about 10 min in line I was already questioning my life choices. Get to the windows to be greeted by a very young girl - now I know why we waited so long - ordered even though she seemed to have a questioning look. It really is a terrible Mocha. You can tell the milk wasn't aerated properly and the shots are poor quality. It has no flavor, it tastes like watered down drip coffee. I definitely should have gone with my gut and passes August Beverage Co by. I wouldn't waste your money or time go someplace else.

Whether it's a fresh bagel, an iced mocha, coffee with honey or the smile I get greeted with, this local place is the best!

First time through this morning and loved it! I was craving a breakfast taco after a fasting blood test and happened to see the sign on my way home. The staff was super friendly and walked me through ordering. Loved the iced chai and the breakfast tacos hit the spot. Red sauce has nice heat - saved that for my husband. Green sauce was just right for me. Thanks for making my Monday!

Ordered flat white and latte with bagel Bagel was good coffe awful not one taste of coffe just steam milk but the girl was polite just don’t know what she doing

All of their coffee drinks, even lattes, are made with cold brew. No espresso here. And the bagels are worse than grocery store bagels. Everything about this place screams that it doesn’t actually want to be open. Why bother?? It has so much potential. Disappointing.

I’m so glad I found this little gem of a coffee shop! Their Matcha is fantastic, and to top it off, the owner is down to earth and kind. I will be a frequenting customer and would recommend to anyone!

Just went through and the staff was so nice. Breakfast taco was SO good. I’m glad he talked me into one lol. Made fresh with good ingredients. Latte doesn’t have as much espresso as I was hoping but flavors are pretty good :)

Extremely Disappointed — Not Worth the Hype or the Price

I paid $26 for a coffee, a bagel, and a taco — and honestly, I regret every dollar. The coffee didn’t even taste like coffee; it was more like water mixed with some kind of fake milk. If you’re running a coffee shop, the coffee should be the bare minimum, and this tasted worse than what you’d find at a gas station.

The bagel? Completely inedible. It literally tasted like paper — I couldn’t even finish it. The taco was so tiny it felt like a joke.

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but the coffee was the last straw. This place is not worth your time or money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
