They overcharge you and add a tip that’s not authorized. When you call them out on it Kailey Chase gets passive aggressive with you.
I gifted a wine club membership to my dad for his birthday back in June. When I went in that day service was amazing!! I was so excited for a fun, welcoming wine tasting experience to enjoy with my parents. Since then we’ve been in together 3x.
The first time the server messed up and brought us 3 glasses of the same wine instead of a bottle. They did not do anything to make that right.
