Gave me a cup of melted ice cream instead of a mault . Same consistency of a glass of milk .

Always have had a great experience. We don’t treat ourselves often, but when we do we enjoy coming here.

This has been one of my worst experiences they staff was very friendly and nice but the manager is the rudest lady ever mind you there’s 15-17 year old working for her and she yells at them and leaves them in tears and the girl I got my ice cream from was the sweets but of course the manager is very rude it’s ice cream lady not a gormay meal treat them better!

Just went by and got 3 vanilla milkshakes but I think they forgot the ice cream.. I pretty much got 3 cups of milk. $22 is a bit much for 3 cups of milk!!

Was excited for a nice milkshake today. Decided to go through drive through and asked them if they have my favorite flavor. They told me no. But that’s not a seasonal flavor and I was surprised. So I just decided to come in inside and make sure they actually don’t have it. And good thing I did because that flavor, clear as day, was sitting right in front of me. So I request a milkshake. The people working there, acted like it’s the first time someone asked for a milkshake. Then they started sighing and rolling their eyes like it’s an inconvenience that I came and asked them to do their job! Well one of them, a girl with red highlights was slamming the microwave door, was throwing lids and groaning about having to make a pick up order. I don’t understand, is it so hard to do your job and not make your customer feel like crap for even wanting to eat there? I work in service industry myself and no matter how my day goes, I never take it out on a customer. The milkshake turned out good tho thus 2 stars.

I ordered 2 peanut butter layered sundaes a banana royale and an Oreo layered sundae. DoorDash delivered missing 1 sundae and the others were half full.

Horrible service!!! They messed up our doordash order and my mom and I called multiple times each and they just never picked up the phone. Well just go to sonic next time!!

The quality of the ice cream is not worth the price. The sonic next door trumps Baskin robins

This place just sucks. Terrible milkshakes, just feels unsanitary. Don’t get anything but a scoop of ice cream or you’re in trouble.

Ordered an Easter cake online and specified the kind of ice cream I wanted. They made it with only the ice cream and no cake or fudge at all. Just a block of ice cream covered in whipped cream. I took it back the next day and asked for a refund. The woman argued with me saying that specifying an ice cream flavor negated all the other ingredients listed for the cake. She said she could not provide a refund and management would do it. She was the management. She refunded half of the cost a day later. I buy multiple cakes from them every year. Never again.

Normally this place is great however they closed an hour on a Saturday without any note on the door or anywhere.

A really nice girl named Katie helped my out, she had lots of energy and was super helpful. Great customer service, great ice cream. Easy 5-star.

The girls scooping ice cream all have very long fake nails that touch the ice cream as they scoop, that’s gotta be extremely unsanitary ?
Service was good, they were kind, but they should at least be wearing gloves ?

Says open until 10pm. Arrived at 9:25 was told lobby was closed but could go thru drive- thru. People were inside eating ice cream, not sure if family or not but if you are open until 10, you should be open until then or specify lobby is closed earlier.
