Amazing staff and delicious food! The bartender/server Gustavo was so kind and helpful. The hostess was extra friendly. I had the blackened chicken and it was delicious! Perfect place to dine if you're alone on a business trip...conveniently located in the Sheraton hotel (also amazing btw).

My wife and I went for Father's Day brunch. The restaurant is on the bottom floor of the Sheraton in Georgetown.
The food was good it's a typical brunch buffet set up but this one has an omelette station. The restaurant brought in a local musician to provide tunes for the brunch guests.

Arrived for breakfast at 10:30, unhelpful front desk receptionist stated that they are closing the restaurant for Father’s Day brunch and the menu was closed. They had a very basic buffet option that looked unappetizing. Not sure why they would shut down a breakfast menu at 10:30am…won’t ever be back

Had Father's Day brunch and it was terrific. Upscale brunch buffet at very reasonable price. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. 10/10 will be back.
This restaurant is connected to the Sheraton Hotel, so there's a steady flow of hotel guests coming and going. It's also located right next to the pool, which means you'll often see people passing through with pool gear and kids running around. The atmosphere can get a bit noisy due to families with children. As for the food, it was just okay—but my server was excellent and really made the experience more enjoyable.
Very pretty restaurant however very poor service. Waited for over 45 minutes for a cheese flatbread and chicken sandwich and there was no one else there.
Go spend your time & money elsewhere

The wait was extremely long. The restaurant was completely empty besides two larger parties. The restaurant took 45 minutes to serve our food. We only had water in front of us during that period, no free appetizers or anything which is fine. The hamburgers were outstanding and the fries were delicious. I recommend going if you're willing to risk starving to death before receiving your meal. I cannot fathom the wait at this place if there were an abundant amount of customers.
Catch of the day was perfectly cooked and delicious . Pea mash a little bland. Exceptional service and atmosphere.
My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton in Georgetown where Brix and Ale is located and we had the pleasure of meeting Finn the bartender, Mia the Host and Steve the upstairs bartender. My gosh....what an amazing crew!!!! From our very 1st day, Finn and Steve welcomed us at the upstairs bar like we were old friends! Then, everyday, I ate breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with Finn at Brix downstairs. He was my favorite person in Texas, as my husband and I are from NY. He was so pleasant, informative, personable and oh so great at making any drink upon request.
Finn, you Rock! Thank you for being my bff during my stay.

Servers were good however kitchen last order so I e had to wait a long time. Server staff tried to make it right but overall not good.
Food and service were very good for our group of 8. It was quiet since only 2 other tables were busy.
