Yesterday we ordered takeout. Normally I’ve had lots of issues with takeout from here, but I’ve got to give them credit - they’ve really improved a lot. My order was done on time and piping hot, so much that even when I got home 10 mins later it was still hot. Portions were big, food order was 100% correct, and done a few mins before the expected time. Way to go BWW!

I think I might have ordered my food wrong and asked them to fix my mistake. They fixed it and owned it (when it was probably my mistake). Their customer service was impressive! Their employee “Hope” was so helpful! I will be a regular because you could tell how hard they work here to serve people!

Every time we walk in, there’s no bartender at the bar and we end up just sitting there waiting with no acknowledgment. It happened again today, so we just left. Hopefully they get the bar service or bartender policy back on track cuz we typically love BWW

I just placed an order for over $75 and went to pick it up and they shorted me an order of fries. Just fries. I went in to get them and fix a burger that was wrong and they wouldn’t give me the fries. TRISTEN the manager there came up (after the super sweet girls at the counter helped me, they were great) and Tristen told me they didn’t make a mistake. He refused to give me the fries and insinuated that I was trying to “pull a fast one”. I waited for 10 minutes and he came up to treat me terribly. I don’t get how he can act that way when we spend so much money. He was rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately I’m sure BWW won’t do anything but I hope this review convinces a few people to consider another restaurant. Mistakes happen, disrespect is a choice. Tristen made that choice. Disappointing.

Its not the first visit at this place but this time they let me dow, the people on charge to serve my food serve me what he want and not what I request, in the food industry that’s not right because you are paying for a food you like enjoy and not what they want to give you. Really disappointed

If I could leave one star I would. Save your time and just go to wingstop. You’ll get better service and food over there. I waited over 10 or so. No one ever came to the front. I saw a lady calculating a ticket over to the side and I asked her twice was someone coming and the second time I asked for the manager. She never moved. I walked and saw a guy finally walking towards the front. He seemed bothered that I asked was there a host. He was in the back laughing and talking the entire time I was standing up there. Several people walked in and walked out. A bunch of people at the door and it was not really packed. Had I not paid through Apple Pay, I would have left too. First and last time

We place a delivery order with Grub hub at 6:45pm and the food has still has not been made and it's 9:05pm. This is by far the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had food from! I have ate at over 30-40 different Buffalo Wild Wing locations across the country due to alot of work travel as I like the atmosphere and food but this one should be closed down they are so bad. We have given them the benefit of the doubt about 10 times with order out deliveries, walkin sit down orders (once waited to be seated for 1hr and the place was basically empty) and pickup and they have always been delayed, slow, short staff excuses, etc.. We cancelled this order just now and we will NOT do business with them again. They particular one needs a complete revamp and if it can't fix the issues it should be shut down by the corporate office! Very irritating as now we have to try and order something from another restaurant.

If the corporate office reads these reviews.. I would hope they would contact me to attempt to salvage a very good long term customer for years.

Good vibes with a sports bar. Energy filled artisans the wings and sauces is finger licking good. Must visit place. And it is a decent location as well. I stopped by on the way to travel Round Rock

One of worst from a service stand point if you order online have never had a restaurant give such drastically different service and food online ordering as opposed to dining in if you choose this location do yourself a favor and dine in the food and service is better quality then, if you order out you get what's left over food its usually cold, over cooked, missing items, and never ready on time you are left waiting an additional 20 to 30 minutes past when order is supposed to be ready if picking up even dashers are left waiting and if you doordash and want a refund management promises to give a refund but you'll never get it they just hope you forget after a couple days... i genuinely like buffalo, wild wings, which is why I order here.And it's the only one in my area, but you should lower your expectations when choosing this location.
