Everytime we go here it’s 30 minute wait and then when you do think you’re next they aren’t paying attention and ask the brand new person in line and get their order. This has happened multiple times. So tired of Georgetown bush’s not being able to get it together, no one else has this issue.

So I go to my usual bushes in Hutto like 3-4x a week for the happy hour. But I just got a new job in Georgetown and came to the Bushes in Georgetown for lunch. I ordered 1 large sweet tea, and 1 tender roll. I went through driver thru and no prices were on the menu. Someone came out and gave me a menu with prices and she was nice. But when I tasted me order, TERRIBLE!!!!!!! The bread was burnt on the tender roll, the smallest tender I had ever seen with all breading and barely any chicken in it. Chicken was dry, over cooked and tasted old. The sweet tea tasted very old like they made it days ago. All in all, will never come back to this one. I go to bushes all the time and have great experiences but not this one. Also the restaurant looked run down and dirty

Their way of taking drive through orders is the worst. You can only see the menu when you are 2 cars in...No pricing on the menu. That is appalling. After waiting a long time for the first four cars to move up to get our order placed. They got it wrong.

My first time here actually. Currently sitting at the georgetown location after waiting to order around 5 mins for me and 10 mins the person thay was with me. Chicken is hot. There is a 3 or 4 year old running around in the kitchen area and in the managers room. The child belongs to someone who works back there, I heard maybe a grandchild. Priorities are in the wrong place. Also there is dead flies just chilling on the windows.

Customer service, responsiveness and time per order is seriously lacking. Not even the quality of the food can make up for it. And while I am not colored, there seems to be a questionable treated to the black customers and dashers.
I was here at 10:20, before opening for this store. (Cedar Park is 10am)
The lady saw I was in the drive thru and came out to tell me they open shortly. Then she came out again and took my order.
I had my 6 gallons of tea and on my way by 10:30!!! Thanks, that is great service.

Came to grab dinner in the drive thru around 7:15 on a Sunday night. There were four cars total and in the ten minutes we spent waiting, three separate employees walked in and out of the store to talk and laugh with friends in the two cars in front. Not one of them came to take our order or the order of the car next to us. After giving it a bit of time, we (as well as the car to our right) drove off to find dinner elsewhere due to the non existent customer service.

First off I got to say their prices are extremely high.They don’t even have the price on the menu? Why? so they can charge it whenever they feel like it? We spent over $40 dollars to feed our family 5 adults x2 and 3 small kids. Secondly the food was bland and the potions were small. Lastly they over cooked the rolls badly and put the at the bottom of the box of heavy chicken.Would you do that if it was for your family. I highly doubt it. They would be in a separate box as they should be.

Their chicken is actually consistently good and their okra way better than most but the service is pretty spotty at the drive through. Tonight I pulled in, one lane was empty so went to the first slot. It was at least 10 minutes, probably 15 before sometime came over to take my order.
