I was super excited to try this place. A lot of the women I work with said to try it. I ordered a build your own bowl and I wish I would have known the Harissa Chicken is spicy but it didn’t say much online. I got the half greens, half grains. I chose the Romain lettuce and it looked like iceberg which is okay! However I got a hunk of the stem/core of the lettuce and it looked, well interesting…I paid $30 for a bowl, a salted caramel cookie, and the pita bread. I got a blondie that was extremely small, no pita bread, and was also left with no fork. (Probably an Uber eats mistakes) I think it was okay, but would I spend $30 on it again ehhhh no.

I have been to many CAVAs, and it’s one of our most going fast food place, but today was a worst experience.No lentils, no chicken, no Harris’s chicken, no pita chips, etc… it was a super mess!!!! Not sure if it’s the location.And after 20 mins of wait they had our order totally messed up.

The food is great. Dont get me wrong. I even eat there fairly often, because this is the only cava near me. Im leaving a low score because of awful customer service. I just left the store a second ago and the lady there rushed me through as fast as she could despite the fact there wasnt a single other customer in the store. I asked her if there were more falafel and pickled stuff in the back and she didnt even look up at me and smile or say oh no sorry about that she basically was just mean. Seriously, mean!Not to mention the god awful lack of literally every veggie today, when she absolutely could have filled some of it from the back. I get that the falafels take awhile to replace, but veggies? Its either bad planning or she was just being apathetic towards us.Look, I could forgive them being out of stock of all the stuff I normally eat there, if the customer service rep there didnt make me feel so unimportant, rushed, and unwanted there.So yeah - go there for the food, it's good, but these guys need to really work on their customer service and I hope they read this and take the criticism constructively.

Ordered online with a ready time of 1130am. Food was not ready until 1155 without anyone asking what I was waiting for or to let me know how much longer it would be. I also ordered crazy feta with pita chips. When I got home to eat, I realized that the pita chips and crazy feta were both missing even. When I called to complain, I was unable to leave a voicemail due to their mailbox being full.
The manager and team are incredibly friendly and the food is great!

CAVA Georgetown is my favorite location. The food is delicious and customer service is great. The Harissa Avocado bowl is my favorite. Shout out to Giselle and Kaylord—they were so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Service was terrible. Took them 20 mins to get to my pick up order which was supposed to be ready 20 mins prior to when I arrived. They even asked me about my order when I arrived but continued to attend the line instead of starting on my order. I finally just got in line as that seemed to be the only way to get any service. Honestly I understand they were busy but there should be people taking care of pick up orders and others taking care of the line. As well as dedicated stations for each employee. There was a huge lack of organization and leadership from the manager
