We have eaten here a few times and it’s been fine (often a wait for drink refills). Tonight we tried to use a coupon we received at another Chick-fil-A and they refused to accept it. We’ve never had that happen so it was kind of a bad experience. Probably just going to plan to go to the round rock Chick-fil-A because the customer experience is about 10x better and they don’t refuse coupons from other stores.

no clue what’s happened to this chick fil a, got our order wrong 3 times. wrong size fries, wrong size nuggets, wrong size Mac and cheese, and even gave us a Dr Pepper that was supposed to be a lemonade. went in to the store to get it fixed, proceeds to give us yet again all the wrong sizes of our items…

I’ve given this Chick-fil-A multiple chances, but every visit has been a disappointment. The drive-thru is shockingly slow, yet they still manage to mess up orders—either losing them entirely or getting them wrong. To make matters worse, they never answer their phone, and I overheard employees (who looked like managers) openly bragging about ignoring calls because they assume it’s a complaint. That alone speaks volumes about how poorly this location is run.
It’s baffling how a place known for efficiency and customer service could be this bad. The only thing “Chick-fil-A” about this place is the logo and the ingredients—everything else is a disaster. If you’re looking for the quality and service Chick-fil-A is known for, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else. I’m going to Canes across the street from now on.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before getting to the food window to be told they don’t know where our food went and they’re going to have to remake it. Told us to park in the parking lot where we waited for another 10 minutes. As we reach in the bag we realize there’s no straws for our milkshakes. Which is fine cause the milkshakes are all running down the sides of the cups anyways.

Yep I am officially done with this location. If you can find the rest of my reviews, you will see I’m having problem after problem. My order came out fast, fries were fresh and hot but not sure what happened to my sandwich. It was cold and cheese wasn’t melted. This location is going downhill and it’s sad. Even the young men in drive thru wasn’t being professional.

Original review: This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Long wait times, unfriendly staff. I gave them 3 tries after the remodel and have finally had enough.
Update 1/27: Another attempt, another disappointment. Ordered a 12 count grilled nugget combo with a kale salad, and a grilled chicken cool wrap. The order was placed through the app and I selected to pick it up at the drive thru. All went well until I got home and realized I didn't have any grilled nuggets.
It is frustrating that a company known for accuracy, speed, and service can be this bad at a single location.
Worst location! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen. However, every time I have gone to this location I’m always missing 1-4 items. Giving 2 stars because there are some kind cashiers there that go above and beyond.
Trying to order a team food. Can't place an order of more than 10 manager knows that but u also can't call it in. It literally took the guy on phone 2 mins to do it. Don't see why I have to make 2 diff orders when on phone it was soo easy. Customer service isn't a priority oviously.
