We absolutely love City Post. Took a friend there to celebrate her birthday..the staff was so kind and gracious - they put a small Happy Birthday card on the table signed by everyone. The small plates (feature of the evening) were all Very Good and the service was excellent.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely excellent — perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Cort, our waiter, was also outstanding: attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The value for the quality was great, and the ambiance really elevated the experience. We were seated in a more secluded area, which kept the noise level low — perfect for me, especially with my hearing loss. We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic dinning experience. JC was great and helped us with our selections. The Prime Rib steak was excellent, as were the raw oysters. The Blue Cheese Salad and French Onion soup were also very good. Will continue to dine at this superb restaurant. The entire staff is excellent and very friendly.

High-end dining at it's best. The food is great and we loved the live piano.

Service was fabulous. Had a small issue with our steak and the chef came out and talked to us and brought a couple of shrimp cocktails while we waited. Could not recommend this restaurant more, their personal attention to customers is top notch!

When you walk into City Post, you feel like part of the family. All staff work together to create a superb experience. By far, a 5 star restaurant. People know you by name and the food is outstanding.

City Post clearly has a phenomenal culture - everyone works together to bring the best experience to the customers. The food and service is amazing and the Brass Peacock downstairs is one of a kind for an after dinner drink.

Place was just good. A tad overpriced for what you get. Service from the check in and the water waitress were great. Food was good. Portions were a little smaller than expected and quality was just good. I was personally expecting this to exceed Flemings or other similar chop houses, based on the website. Our waiter, although a sommelier, seemed uninterested. I specified i was a wine drinker but had never been there, and "here's what i normally like". He insisted I'd like a particular one, although i had mentioned others as well. I was surprised he didnt offer a couple of small tasting to see what would work. Just seemed as though he wasnt too interested in offering assistance or suggestions, and that he just wanted to move on. The wine I got was nothing to write home about. So ultimately, from the get go, the experience was a slight dissappointment, from what i was expecting. The waitress serving the water was more conversative and welcoming, along with another woman at check in, and a seperate waiter who passed by. Although, the staff besides our waiter was great, I think my expectations were too high and that next time I'll just go to Flemings.

We enjoy the small plate concept. This was the first time we have had the wine pairing. The wines were tasty. My mathematically attuned husband figured we could have enjoyed a $112 bottle of wine instead of the pairings. So, we'll see what we choose to have next time.

My first time at this gem of a fine dining restaurant. My family and I were celebrating my 80th birthday. From the greeting at the door to the last taste of desert was a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work.

Came here for our 44 th Anniversary. This was such a great place! The steaks were awesome, sides sooooo good and the desserts were spectacular. Our servers were so kinds and attentive. Prices are really reasonable for such a fine dining experience. We also visited the Speakeasy that is located under the restaurant. Overall, it was such a memorable experience.

City Post ,please toss the white, tasteless, bread.I don't mind paying for bread ,but deal with a local bakery and offer a quality that compliments eighty dollar steaks.

Went to City Post for the first time on NYE with my boyfriend to celebrate almost a year of dating and was delighted by the service provided by everyone, even Sarah the lady who handled all the reservation craziness!
Our server was amazing, never wanted for anything. We enjoyed a delightful meal and never felt rushed or like we were part of a manufacturing plant process. ;p
After dinner, we had reservations for The Brass Peacock downstairs and enjoyed live jazz with a few other patrons from the same dinner service time (830p) for 12p Champagne Toast!
They even provided a background area for party goers to take group pics and selfies; bringing in 2026!!
Thanks for the experience and making new friends!
