My family and I came for a pre-Thanksgiving lunch, and were fortunate to have Angel wait on us. She was so friendly, funny and accommodating. She gave us excellent service and really made it a great experience. We hope to have her wait on us again next time we return.

Went for the lunch special meatloaf which I thought was overrated and overpriced.
The serving size couldn't feed a hummingbird.
The service was awesome, the young man had perfect timing to check on me and was always a step ahead with tea refills.
The atmosphere felt dated but extremely clean.

I think it’s safe to say that based on the recent fantastic reviews, mine was a strange night and maybe not the normal way of things?

It’s fine; nothing special. Monday night, empty (which is fine!) but one server, who took a while to come over; not same person as hostess. Server very nice, though.
Place was muggy and hot (server even agreed but that didn’t change anything). Are they saving money on AC? No clue, but best to save another way.
(Pepsi products, FYI. End of the World for some people; I don’t care much.)
Had a baked potato with brisket and other stuff; it was fine. Not amazing. Large portion, two meals out of it.
BBQ sauce was very…eh.Just okay. Very “bottled.”
A “plain-vanilla” experience overall.
My bill for my meal and a soda and no dessert was like $22.00 including 20% pre-tax tip.

Brendan was amazing. Gave me an overview of the menu and specials. He suggested the meatloaf. It was so good. I didn't have room for dessert but I'll definitely be back.

Efficient, good portions, and delicious! Ordered a Uber Eats order today and received all of my items order and plastic utensils. I’ve had trouble in the past while ordering to-go orders via a third party so I appreciate the team getting my order accurate for pick-up! Portions are great, plating was wonderful, and food was delicious! Will be ordering again. 😊
