It’s crazy that this Suman guy gave a one star review because he couldn’t sample the spices. One star reviews should be reserved for food experiences that are so repulsive that you felt sick after eating the food. I can’t even imagine investing into a franchise and dealing with these Karens.

This was my first time trying Daves Hot Chicken, and it was an above-par experience. I got the #1 lite mild, tenders were very juicy and flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and larger than expected which was great for the price. The crinkle cut fries were perfectly seasoned as-well, and deliciously crunchy. The pickles served along with the meal tasted fresh and were very refreshing. Mason, the cashier, was super friendly, genuine, and very helpful with my order. The only unfortunate part was the long-ish wait time, but the flavorful experience was most certainly worth the wait. Dave's hot chicken is top tier!!!

After a long day at work, I wanted to treat myself with a sweet treat. To my surprise, the Dave’s Hot Chicken line only had one person in it! I happily placed my order, then waited behind the person in front of me to get their 1 drink and small bag for 15 minutes. Okay, maybe their order was difficult. I pull up to the window, my mouth salivating for my milkshake. Nobody greets me. Nobody smiles at me. The workers scurry around like a disturbed ant pile. I tap my foot waiting for my order, without talking to a single employee. 15 more minutes go by, and I was asked the name of my order. I said my name to the employee, paid, and resisted urges to drive off into the distance. Do they think I have all the time in the world? Save the trip and go to Chick Fil A right next door. P.S. my small milkshake was $8.

Chicken's great. Even with only a few cars in the drive through, you WILL be waiting over an hour. Just take this into consideration.

They need a better system. The line took almost an hour and when we finally got our food they didn’t box it up carefully and sauce was all over everything.

If you haven't tried it do a fruity pebble with vanilla shake. It's so great and with my meal I got a #4. It's not too bad with the level of hot I got. Which was a medium. It's a bit below what I thought it was going to be but it's a good sandwich. Filling meal and the fries were good, crunchy and seasoned well. I recommend trying if you haven't, will be coming back the service was wonderful. The woman in the front was very nice and friendly. The manager I believe had checked on everyone that ordered. Which is not something that happens often but a refreshing change. Great on this location, keep up the hard work guys!

I came inside to place a to-go order as the drive thru was ridiculous, not many people inside. I ordered cauliflower bites and fries, 25 minutes later nothing. As I’m questioning the whereabouts of my order here comes someone else bringing back some food, lo and behold it’s my order. The manager who was assisting me retrieved the food from the random person and looked to attempt to hand it to me.🙂‍↔️ At best, the order should’ve been remade as it was already with strangers, but I’ll be damned if I was going to wait another almost 30 minutes! Eww for attempting to hand it to me. I promptly got my money back.

First impressions, had a compact atmosphere. I didn't wait too long in line, and I appreciated the sinplicity of the menu and choices. That's where the good things end. My cashier interaction was difficult because the building was so loud and had no sound proofing that I could see, it felt like an echo chamber in the dining room. I was barely able to hear the cashier talking to me, and she was somewhat nice but also seemed disdainful and sad. From there, I ordered the 2 tender meal. I went to get a seat, and I soon figured out that they weren't very comfortable, some them that I saw were broken. I waited an extemely long time of 20 minutes for my food, and I really thought it had to better from there on out, it was not. On my first view of the platter, things seemed cluttered and not very presentable. The chicken was coated in a thick layer of seasoning which made eating difficult, as I had to frequently wipe my hands. The chicken was also hard to tear apart, and the fries did not match the spice of the chicken well. Although I did enjoy the bread, somewhat coated in the seasoning from the chicken. I thought the sauce and pickles were a nice touch, although the pickles were sliced too big. The food itself felt poor in quality, for a fast food restraunt, and the platter itself was cheap too. I tried to come here another time through the drive-thru, but the line was a standstill. I would not come back, and not recommend going here.
