The drink was on point, with the price being about average (seemed high until I remembered Starbucks pricing), the service was friendly. The only feedback I have is that the drive thru was confusing and there should be a clear communication of which drive thrus are being used.

Update weeks later: issue is still a big problem. Today I ordered my coffee at 12 pm and got there by 12:07. I checked in and didnāt receive it till 12:21 and itās watered down. Will be limiting how much I come as this is an ongoing issue at any time of the day.
Coffee is great but the drive thru is 8/10 times a headache. The double lines makes no sense and when thereās 6-7 cars out they should send more than one person out to check on both lines. You donāt get noticed in the far lane.

Tried treating myself after going to the horrible car wash next-door and finds out this place is even more horrible I am never coming back to Georgetown again I had two terrible customer service interactions back to back Iām never one to write a review yikes

I got my coffee around 10:30 today and while I was drinking the coffee there was a bee in it.
Iāve seen bees around their drive thru several times now, but this is the first time something like this has happened.

This location has the BEST Dutch Bros employees!! They always greet you with a genuine smile. The employees go above and beyond for their customers. They make you feel like family.
Went there earlier today and was greeted outside by Sydney. I appreciate her customer service after being outside in the heat all day, she was delightful! I wanted something sweet and she came up with it on the spot! Wow! I normally get the picture perfect and she recommended a vanilla chocolate mac picture perfect freeze. My friend got a tiger's blood with strawberry real fruit and they said it was so refreshing. Definitely coming to this location again next time I'm in the area!

I just wanna say I literally just got done going through the drive-through here at this location and the girl that greeted me took my order and then when I went to the window, another girl was in the window come to find out her first date and that position, and she was super sweet complementing me on my hair even And then funny enough a flew in the window, a crack, a joke, saying that the girls are so sweet. They just wanna eat them up. It was so adorable services so sweet there. Been to this location twice now and even the girl that was making my drink as I didnāt get to talk to her she put caramel in my golden eagle and made the comment of she asked for extra so Iām gonna give her extra and I said thank you literally thatās what I love But the girl that complementing my hair. I love her. She was absolutely adorable and sweet. They definitely need to keep her there.
We went to get green tea several times this week and it taste like water. We went today and it was the same. We went back to see about getting a replacement drink and the lead person was very rude about it. We pulled up to the window and spoke to Olivia and she was very apologetic about the tea and about the lead person being rude to us. She explained how I can order tea next time so it wonāt be just water. We have been going to Dutch in several states for the past 6 years and this is the first time we have had someone act this way about a drink. Not very good customer service coming from a lead person.
