8am Sunday January 11th , i was out for breakfast with the wife and decided to stop for bagels. We pulled up to the drive through and were instructed to wait a moment which we did and then proceeded with our order half a dozen cinnamon raisin bagels sliced and toasted with a tub of shmear . Apparently this was to much for them to handle they told me they wouldn’t be able to toast my bagels… Ended up going to Panera exceptional customer service had my bagels sliced and toasted in minutes and included everything I needed without me having to even ask I know where I’ll be going from now on …

We went camping and it was absolutely freezing so we came to get a nice warm bagel for my kids. We are a family of 5 and requested 6 bagels to which we were told we could not get all 6 toasted… I’m not quite sure what the point is of a drive through bagel place is where you can’t get warm food. If I wanted I untoasted bagels I would have just grabbed a bag from Heb. I instead left and went to Panera, which I was able to get 6 warm delicious sliced and TOASTED bagels all individually packed! Einsteins has really gone down hill the past few years and I have had a negative experience for awhile but have been getting them since I was a child so I kept going back. Unfortunately I think this will be my last attempt at getting my nostalgic breakfast and make the switch to Panera where they actually care, are friendly and have fresh food!

We came in, in person, to make our order and you still got it wrong. So we had to settle because you didn't have what we ordered. Wrong product, wrong day. How hard can it be? Sorry,

I would like to extend a sincere acknowledgment to the staff at Einstein Bros. Bagels for the exceptional effort demonstrated this morning in preparing my large order. Your professionalism, efficiency, and dedication were evident, particularly under circumstances that were, regrettably, challenging.
During my visit, an incident occurred in which a disgruntled customer engaged in verbally abusive behavior toward your team. In that moment, I felt a personal obligation to speak in your defense. While I had hoped the situation might have been resolved differently, it unfolded as it did, and your composure throughout was commendable.
Thank you for the work you do each day, including arriving as early as 5:00 a.m. to bake and prepare such consistently excellent bagels for the community. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.
I wish each of you a very Merry Christmas. It is my hope that future days are free from The Grinch and such encounters, and that even those who act unkindly may find peace, understanding, and a better path forward during this holiday season. thank You for the beautiful packaging and preparations the Teachers at ABA loved it….

Read in a German accent.... What is the volumetric threshold between a bagel and a bagel bite? The mathematicians at Einsteins are gathered around the whiteboard doing the math. Meanwhile, thanks for making me feel like a giant.

I was in the drive through this morning and ordered two sandwiches and one bagel and smear. My intent was to enjoy the bagel and smear in the car on the way to work, so I asked the voice on the box to please cut the bagel in half. Of course they didn’t…have you ever tried to cut a bagel in half once it has been toasted and a cream cheese smear sat on it for 15 minutes with a plastic knife at work? Let me share…it does not work. $26 and change for this and wanted a tip! A tip is for a job well done, not for an incomplete job. When I telephoned the store the young manger did not know how to respond. I guess this explains why there were no customers in the store and I was the only customer in the drive thru.

Einstein Bros. is my reliable, go-to spot for a quick and satisfying breakfast. The online ordering is a breeze, and my food is always ready and accurate when I arrive. The bagels are consistently fresh and delicious, and the coffee is always hot. It's the perfect place for a delicious, no-fuss start to the day.

Unable to customize sandwiches in the app so I was unable to remove the chipotle aioli on the brisket bagel sandwich. Called the store within 3 minutes to ask for the customization. App said order would take 15-20 minutes. Person that answered the phone said “Your order is already made”. I explained I could not do the customization it in the app. She said yes any customizations have to be done in person or you have to call right away or call in advance. I said I did call quickly and the order said 15-20 minutes. I had to ask twice for it to be remade as my kid won’t eat that sauce. At that point I was told it would be a longer wait for my sandwiches when it originally took less than 3 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Could have been handled better. My kid went in to get the food and told the person he was there for an order under my name, the person said “oh honey I just got off the phone with your mom and I told her it would be longer to get it”. We were already en route after a doctor appointment and this place was close by. My son asked for the lemonade we ordered because they gave him the sandwiches, but not the drink. The person rolled their eyes at him as they handed over the drink. Not sure I will be returning. There are other breakfast establishments.

The lady with long black hair or maybe brown with glasses, she is very rude and unprofessional. First of all, she doesn’t smile while talking to a customer and you can tell she is a miserable human. I ordered an everything bagel and asked for extra plain cream cheese, because previously there was HARDLY any on it. So I paid an extra $2 something and when I checked my bagel, still hardly any. It was melted, which i understand it will melt a little from the bagel being toasted. I backed up and the same lady came to the window. She opened with a rude look and I said can I plz have more cream cheese on my bagel, and she smirked at me and just shut the window. A man came to the window also rude and asked me what do I want and I repeated myself and he went on to say that the have to measure out the cream cheese and that I did get extra and said I have to pay ANOTHER $2 for more lol. At that point I just said forget it. Maybe these 2 individuals need to learn what customer service means and learn how to talk to customers. I mean, what would it have hurt to give a penny size more. I would rather drive to round rock, then to go to this location and have to deal with that lady. So unprofessional and very rude!

I’ve eaten here a few times now, and seriously, every single time something’s out of stock. Tomatoes, bagels, chips, whatever. And they never bother to offer any alternatives unless you ask first. Last time I got a bagel sandwich, they forgot my chips, so I asked about it, and of course, they’re out. No heads-up, no “would you like something else,” nothing. I had to bring it up myself. And to make it worse, they still forgot the cucumbers in my sandwich. Like, come on >:(

I arrived to the Georgetown store this morning. The guy at the drive thru taking our order kept asking my husband repeatedly what we wanted to order my husband told him Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich. He then asked on what kind of bread my husband said the plain classic. The guy taking the order ask if we wanted the bread toasted my husband said yes. First time I’ve ever came to a bagel place and I was very disappointed with my order. I called the manger (Shelly) told her what happened. I also told her the guy in the drive thru needs to be retrained. She said she would make the right bagels. But, unfortunately they were already closed by the time I came back. It would’ve been nice if she mentioned that they closed early and I could’ve came back sooner.
