Ernie's always has excellent rolled ice cream with a delicious variety of flavors and toppings. My kids always have to have rolled ice cream to finish any visit to the South Fork food trucks. Service is quick and friendly and they also recently added shaved ice which is great when it's hot outside.

Absolutely delicious!! The warm waffle cup was the best part for me. I ordered the strawberry ice cream made with homemade strawberry purée and added a Twinkie and graham crackers with sprinkles and whip on top!! So yummy we forgot to take a picture. Our kids enjoy watching him make the ice cream rolls and we enjoyed eating it more.

So the ice cream was ok but he my order wrong and when I corrected him he didn’t do anything about it. He was also rude and said that if we didn’t eat it it would melt while we were paying. Not coming here again.

YUMM!! This dessert truck was *DiViNe* and so cute!! And pet friendly, they even have little puppy sundaes! My daughter and I absolutely loved our rolled ice cream, and I felt it was very reasonably priced and even came in a yummy waffle bowl! The owner was super nice and personable, and gave us recommendations since my daughter and I can be a bit indecisive! This humble little food truck is a true hidden gem of Georgetown, in a quaint and shaded food truck park on Hwy 29! There was PLENTY of seating (comfortable chairs too!) and tons of shade, music, and overall such a cool vibe and fun experience! We will be back!

Overpriced and under delivers. I purchased chocolate ice cream with a few toppings and was surprised by the lack of flavor; it was just cold mush with a very faint hint of chocolate. The toppings were much better tasting than tge icecream. It was just odd. Te presentation & rolling is interesting but that gimmick is not enough to justify the price and peculiar taste.
