We LOVE Firo!! This Georgetown location has incredibly friendly staff, delicious pizza, salad and gelato and a nice clean restaurant! T is always so welcoming and Shannon is a great Store Manager!! We did witness a corporate employee, named Ruel, being incredibly rude and unprofessional to Shannon during a meeting in the dining room. I have emailed Ben Collins about the incident but have not heard back.

This place was 15/10
The staff was so nice and helpful.
The manager, Chaouqi, was one of the kindest people I have ever met.
Finally the pizza was incredible, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
MOD doesn't stand a chance compared to this place.

I ordered their Primo pizza with prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, Gorgonzola, and drizzled with fig sauce. (I added mushrooms) it was amazing! The saltiness of the prosciutto ham mixed with the sweetness of the fig sauce was a perfect pairing. It will definitely be ordered again! Excellent, friendly service.
