One of my top tasting burger and fry places to visit occasionally. If you can’t finish big burgers get the small one. Burger toppings are endless. The small fry order is can be shared with 3 or 4 people unless you are Jabba the Hutt. Service is great, friendly, and clean. Dine in is peaceful. My one complaint that keeps me from going more often are the prices. I would say they are real expensive even though their burgers are delicious! Take your family and the bill will shock you. Lower prices would bring me there more often.

This location was a mess today. We went at dinner time and every table was dirty. We ended up taking our food to go because there wasn't a clean table. Very disappointing.

It's a crowded night and several of the employees are high schoolers. They are slammed with doordash and dine in orders- its a recipe for disaster. The young black man on the fries is not the manager, but he's taking initiative and directing things as if he is. He makes it a point to apologize to every single customer for the wait, although the wait was not overwhelmingly long. The team seemed to work well together, and, although there were a few hiccups, as could be seen by last minute changes to some orders, they definitely got the job done. They cleaned up a spill in the lobby area and still served the people in a timely manner. A+ to the staff tonight.

Burgers and fries are super good and you can add lots to your burger. Small fries are a generous portion and can feed 2-3 people, of course with burgers. Consistent!

The hospitality was AMAZING! An employee held the door open for me on the way in AND on the way out! They were very kind and made my order quickly all while maintaining good quality! The food was amazing and the fries tasted fresh and not cooked in old oil! I used online ordering through the app and it was simple and easy!

Mediocre burgers at a large price.

Music so loud in the building you can’t hear the soft spoken order taker. Then when they call the order number it is so loud your food gets cold because you can hear.

I don’t recommend this burger place in Georgetown. I have visited other 5Guys and enjoyed their food and service.
