The store messed up my XL pepperoni and bacon pizza and would not refund me the $22.37. They put pineapple on the pizza which I didn’t ask for!!! I Don’t order from there! The pizza is gross and the service is subpar. NEVER again

It's dirty and unsanitary. Saw front employee pickup fallen pizza tray from floor barehanded only to wipe hands on dirty pants, shirt and cap and still handle food; never attempted to wash hand s until mentioned to mgr on site. Washed his hands but still no gloves. Bad habits tolerated by mgr.

Pizza was very disappointing today… not a lot of bacon or Canadian bacon and crust seemed old somehow. We each had 1 piece and the rest went in trash. I was really looking forward to a Mr. Gattis pizza but not any more.

Soggy, cold, and cut into strangely tiny pieces, barely any cheese, toppings just fall off....it was awful the last time we ordered from the Georgetown location as well. Not sure what's wrong with this Gattis but we won't be ordering again

We love Mr Gattis and living in Round Rock our pizza always came in fresh. We just moved and ordered from this location and I am shocked at what we received. Both pizzas were overly done and burnt. Hardly no toppings or cheese. As previous reviewers have mentioned below, I would use the round rock locations or order from somewhere else. So disappointing!

My family loves Mr. Gattis pizza. I'm glad my kids enjoy it as much as I did when I was their age. I really think the sauce, dough, and cheese all have a unique and robust flavor, without being overwhelming. They compliment each other very well.
Their ranch is also incredible and a must with all of my family's orders.
The only thing I'd change if I could is the price! Everything else is perfect.
