My family loves Mr. Gattis pizza. I'm glad my kids enjoy it as much as I did when I was their age. I really think the sauce, dough, and cheese all have a unique and robust flavor, without being overwhelming. They compliment each other very well.
Their ranch is also incredible and a must with all of my family's orders.
The only thing I'd change if I could is the price! Everything else is perfect.

$15.14 for a large thin crust and supposedly 3 toppings… seems as if they forgot the toppings, more like a cheese pizza! Fooled me once… Double Dave’s next time. They are way fresher and they add a fair amount of toppings! Gatti’s isn’t what it used to be for sure . What a waste of time and money, won’t be back… smh!

After eating here almost once a week for 20 plus years. This place has gone waaaay down hill. So disappointing. Heads up to everyone using the ap... the pizza tracker is entirely fake. It doesn't actually track anything like the othe5 r pizza placed does. I just got the ugliest pizza I've ever seen. About 3 times the normal amount of beef and almost no onions. They clearly need to retrain their employees. I worked at this location for probably 7 years off and on and this wouldn't have beeb tolerated. I hate to stop coming here. But since the quality has gone down hill so much, my kids will barely eat it. Double Dave's it is I guess from now on. So sad yall stink now.

Sad. Ordered a pizza for pickup. Drove there to get it at the correct time and they had given it to another customer. Manager said they could make another one for me but I was not able to sit there while they started over. No offer to deliver one to my home, comp it or anything else. Won't be back.

This review is for a delivery experience, not pickup in store. Recently I pre-ordered pizzas to be delivered to our house for a party. The pizzas were supposed to be delivered at 5:30PM. At 5:40PM I called to see if they had left the store, right as I called I received a text that Door Dash was going to pick up & deliver. The Door Dash stated pick-up at 5:50 deliver by 6:04PM. What happened, per the app. was the pizzas were picked up at 5:50PM but did not make it to my house until 6:40PM - I live less than 6 miles away. The people working for Door Dash did not respond to my texts. Once they arrived the drivers spoke zero English which now I understand why they didn't respond to my texts, and also I couldn't get a story to why 50 minutes to drive 6 miles. Bottom line I received pizzas that were cold and no explanation why. Would I buy a take out from Mr Gatti's "yes" but never delivery again.

Man save yourself the time and money and go to the round rock locations.
Moved to Georgetown and tried this location and it was completely horrible. Cheesesticks had spotty cheese and burnt in some spots.
Ordered a pizza well done still came out undercooked. Believe the bad reviews on this location, they're true.
Ordered delivery which was picked up by door dash driver. After receiving a text that order was on way and would be delivered between a time frame shortly it was canceled by the driver. I contacted Gattis and the manager Chase was understanding and promptly apologized, refunded and offered to remake my order. Definitely will continue ordering but never for delivery only pick up.

I usually love Mr. Gattis. This time I had a small problem. I ordered a medium sized pizza for takeout and got a medium thin crust.When I placed my order I was not asked which crust I wanted and I assumed that regular crust was standard and that is what I expected since I was not asked.I will know for next time that thin crust is standard and ask for regular crust.

I spent 34.00 on pizza. When I went to pay ( in store) they refused a 50.00 bill as payment. you can't make 16.00 in change? do you not understand the concept of legal tender? If you can't accept legal payments you should not be able to continue to conduct business in this state or country. I get it if I was purchasing a pack of gum. I was not. You can make 16.00 in change. I have been doing business with you since 1986. This is the first time I've felt that your company has done me wrong. Teach your employees what legal tender means..
