Just wandering the old town Square in Georgetown, stopped for a bit of Sunday relief from the heat, and a peach wine. What a nice time!
Great place they are super sweet was able to sample lots of wines must try!
Ask about the wine club! Excellent deal.
Unsure why, but this is not good wine at all. Flavors off and artificial, not recognizable as the variety stated on the bottle. After reading the response from the owner, I am even more puzzled. My husband and I have tasted wine at over 80 wineries all over the country, from Oregon to Maine to Florida to California to new York and dozens of cities and states in between. We even tasted your Port and all of it was not good - flavorless and artificial. And to further expand on the poor experience, the woman serving the wine had the personality of a sheet of paper - dry and blank; very non- welcoming. She never smiled and never even said thank you -- just asked us if we wanted a glass.........we politely declined, as we didn't even finish our samples....... Not like wine my husband and I have ever tasted! There is another winery north of Austin we liked and even bought a bottle, proving Texas can make good wine! ?
We are members of this cute winery. Great wine and snacks and fun atmosphere...with live music. High recommend!
Five years ago my best friend and I visited this wine bar and it left such an impression that I chose to celebrate my birthday in Georgetown so we could visit again. We ate lunch at Juliet's on the corner and they gave me free canolis for my birthday. I told them I wanted them to go so we could enjoy them with a glass of the amazing port at Georgetown winery. They were happy to oblige. We ordered our ports and sat in a booth in the back. As we were enjoying our first canoli, a staff member walked by and informed us no food was allowed. I thought she was joking. I explained that it was my birthday and I chose to come here for wine instead of staying at Juliet's and ordering wine from them. Her response " we don't allow outside food and it's on the door" so, instead of staying and ordering another glass and buying a bottle we left. We went to the Kork wine bar and they were happy to indulge us. We enjoyed our last canoli and wine and had the most wonderful waitress. And they even serve food!!! Considering Georgetown winery does not serve food, this is a bad policy in my opinion. I feel like it also does not support your local shops as they knew we got the canolis from their neighbour. The rule however is not my problem, it is the callis nature of the conversation with the staff member. She didn't even wish me happy birthday!!!! This made my birthday visit memorable for ALL THE WRONG reasons. I doubt we'll be back. We will continue to visit the Thirsty Mule in Liberty Hill if we want port. We always have amazing service there.
Always kind and friendly. Love the music
Our first time stopping in. Joel was fun and knowledgeable about the sparkling tastings we tried today. We will end up joining their wine club. The benefits are pretty nice and we were very impressed with our choices today.
Great staff, knowledgeable & helpful! This was my 1st visit & it was relaxing. I enjoyed the location & all the shops nearby.
Had a mom meet up and felt so welcomed!Thank you to the staff and owner for making us feel at ease with all our babies and being patient. We will do all our meet ups here! Also fantastic wine

Delicious food..very. Mexican authentic restaurant... The platillos(plates) are served very nice ND it's a big plate... And too top it off..they have a lot of beer...from 12 oz to 32oz.. a must eat again place for sure... Loved it!!
Went to the winery today for the first time. The wine was good great environment, but when we went to check out, everything turned upside down. The girl behind the counter asked us if we wanted to buy a bottle of wine, and when we said no clearly her attitude change towards us. Probably with that kind of experience would never go back.
They did not have any taste tests for their wines and were not very knowledgeable about the wines they carry at least the bartender and server that we had when we were there...and their prices are very high not a place that I will revisit!
might be a fine winery but don't purchase any other merchandise. A friend got me an infused olive oil which I couldn't use due to stomach condition. I went to EXCHANGE it, not for refund. THEY refused. I will never purchase anything. I've belonged to the Winery down on the corner - never any complaints w/ their wine, service or music. Plus the guitar music on Thurs nights up the street is fantastic!!!
We loved this little place. It was my first time in Georgetown, and I loved that everyone was really nice and welcoming.
