Very nice friendly winery!

New menu released today! Popped in here for some flavored vinegar (tastes amazing in sparkling water). Their wines are from Texas and they have a variety. They have an air conditioned charter bus wine tasting event to Fredericksburg. See the photo for more details. Worth a visit. This square has all kinds of great shops and boutiques.

Patrick and the staff at Georgetown Winery are wonderful. Their atmosphere is so chill and relaxing, with great, classic background music for Gen X / Millennial crowd, plus live music Fri-Sun. Their wine (and beer) selection is great and delicious. They also have light snacks including bar nuts and cheese/meat platters, plus other sundries adjacent to the bar. Their quarterly membership prices are unbeatable. 5 stars all day. Our favorite spot in the Georgetown square.

Small quaint spot. They carry my favorite Sangria and Peach wine. 1st time here, I usually get my bottles in Fredericksburg. Lady behind the counter could have been a little more friendly but maybe she was having a bad day.

Did the flight with Dry Rose, Vino Rosso, Cowboy Red, and Funky Monkey. Service was delightful. We also had the cheese and crackers, and they were yummy. I would recommend.

Great atmosphere and always welcoming on the Georgetown Square. Wines are great and you can visit anytime to just unwind from a long week. Love the live music on the weekends and cheese trays and dips! Checkout their retail olives oil, honey etc.!

We were recently in Georgetown to celebrate my father-in-law's 90th birthday. Even though the tasting room typically has a no reservation policy and I only contacted them the day of our visit, the manager Lori was very accommodating regarding the arrangements for our large family group, even when our numbers fluctuated a bit as the day wore on. Their wide selection of wines made it easy for everyone in our party to find something to sample, including a Girl Scout inspired flight of wine!

Just wandering the old town Square in Georgetown, stopped for a bit of Sunday relief from the heat, and a peach wine. What a nice time!

Unsure why, but this is not good wine at all. Flavors off and artificial, not recognizable as the variety stated on the bottle. After reading the response from the owner, I am even more puzzled. My husband and I have tasted wine at over 80 wineries all over the country, from Oregon to Maine to Florida to California to new York and dozens of cities and states in between. We even tasted your Port and all of it was not good - flavorless and artificial. And to further expand on the poor experience, the woman serving the wine had the personality of a sheet of paper - dry and blank; very non- welcoming. She never smiled and never even said thank you -- just asked us if we wanted a glass.........we politely declined, as we didn't even finish our samples....... Not like wine my husband and I have ever tasted! There is another winery north of Austin we liked and even bought a bottle, proving Texas can make good wine! ?
