Disappointing! The chicken strips were tiny, dry and not edible! the wing and breast were soggy and cold, the mashed potatoes were cold and tastless and we didn't get our gravy. I don't think we will be eating there again.

While the student aged guy at the drive-through was nice yesterday evening. I ordered a "FAMILY SIZED" 12 piece chicken tender dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy, dinner rolls and added a large order of fried okra for $29.96.I was busy and in a rush, drove home as my family and I started eating when I realized what I got was a 12 piece chicken tenders dinner with single serve small mashed potatoes, gravy, two dinner rolls without my large order of okra wasn't what I ordered.Called and spoke with a young woman who knew what happened before I started complaining, apologized and offered a replacement for what I ordered.Drove 5 miles back to pick everything up. When I got home and started eating to my amusement was more like small pieces of over cooked extremely greasy chicken tenders meant for a child that were more like chicken jerky leftovers on the bottom of the basket from earlier in the day, the okra was more like fried rocks that were not even fit for Fred Flintstone and everything was far worse than anything Ela May Clampett of the Beverly Hillbillies cooked."Thus if you're looking for the cure to get you to stop eating at fast food boxes this is the place!"

Fast and super nice people! Enjoyed our dinner as well! Did drive-thru and the food was hot and was amazing!
I ordered food to go in the drive thru. I made it home and realized that they forgot my corn nuggets that I paid for. I called the store and spoke with the manager Ms. Garcia, and she told me that they do not offer refunds and the only option I had was to come back and pick up the corn nuggets that they forgot. Not sure what kind of business doesn't offer refunds for items paid for and not recieved but this business seems to be ok with that. So beware if ordering from this location. Bad policies and bad service.
