Since the HEB On 29 opened and the one at Bar W this Williams drive HEB has gone to hell.
Shelves not stocked, meat not cut and wrapped.
Bottom line this store and management absolutely sucks here lat

My parents sent a birthday cake this afternoon via curbside delivery. Aaron was fantastic in helping to make this happen. H‑E‑B curbside staff even signed a card along with a Gatorade and Doritos.

I worked at this HEB back in high school about 15 years ago and we had to go to cashier and bagging school for almost 2 weeks. Do they not do not that anymore!?!?!?!?
Every time I go every cashier is so worried about their IPMs that everything gets crammed down the belt and squished! And then when they do have baggers, they bag the most random stuff in each bag that makes absolute no sense! Working there I purposely buy items on the belt to match as it goes down and it doesn’t end up that way!! I want to call each one out but not embarrass anyone.. you do know you wear a name tag and your name is on my receipt!?!?

Horrible!!! I requested to put the name of my recepient for christmas outside the box! They didnt put anything! To make it worst, the left a price tag on the box!!! Never ordering from them again!

This is by far the worst poorly run HEB - someone pls tell management. Disorganized and poorly stocked - not a good look for the brand. Other locations make this one seem inferior. Will keep with the Williams and Round Rock stores. Unfortunately this one is in the right location.

Management and staff at this location are outstanding. They have really stepped up to the plate during Covid and then once again during the latest freeze/snow. I walked in this morning and was able to find almost everything I need. Great job guys.

I originally was very impressed with curbside and delivery. Although Walmart has curbside available at no charge, $5 isn’t unreasonable. Lately I was very disappointed in customer service. I ordered some frozen food with ten items in it. They substituted the same exact item and brand, but a smaller size. They gave me two, but there were only two in the package so I was short two. I called and was on hold for a while. They finally offered to let me come back to the stor
