Today a cashier who said her name was Britan but had no name tag or appropriate HEB red shirt on with name tag once again attitude problems. Instead of asking to help me get my insulated bags she berated me and said i wasn't fast enough and bags should be up front first. I am disabled!!! I cannot use my right hand and can barely walk. Joshua you better train her correctly as I will be back. Not ok at all HEB!! Rude and mean employees should not be working there. Period!! Regional managers will be notified. Why is she even employed! I will start to take pictures and videos now of this ridiculousness. You are responsible.

Packed!!!!!!! We had to park around the corner. That could be a good thing for business but there were items in the aisles and people had to shift around. I use H-E-B all the time. I'm not visiting this one again.

I have tried this pharmacy three times. The service is less than adequate. Today Mayra helped me. First she could not find my prescriptions, to the point of me having to write down my information and hand it to her so she could search for it. They called me and told me it was ready. I then asked her to put one of my prescriptions on auto refill, which she didn't seem to have the ability to do. When I told her never mind this is way too hard, she said OK.It took me 15 minutes to pick up two refills, and I did not wait in line. I'm moving my business to another pharmacy.

We just left the Williamson Drive HEB in Georgetown. Wonderful experience all around. Went to pick up 8 live lobsters for a birthday celebration. Robert in seafood department was great selecting the size lobsters we desired. Packed them for our trip back to Fredericksburg. Tee in the self checkout helped us by standing at our side as she had to override the computer each scan as computer didn't understand we weren't going to put them in a bag. Great customer service all around, congratulations on an epic experience!!!

I have been a very happy HEB customer all my long life, but this store is the worst. The aisles are always crowded by staff that are stocking the shelves during prime shopping times. I guess other stores must stock shelves overnight because I have never seen so many employees stocking. The young cashiers do a good job, but seem to be more interested in socializing with each other than speaking to customers. I hope the opening of the new store near Wolf Ranch will ease the traffic in this store.

My gripe is with the pharmacy. Saturday, I went through the drive through to pick up a script for my husband. There was someone in the "window" line, so I chose the "vacuum" line. All went well until I reached in to grab the bag of medicine. Not only was it not totally sealed, but the bag was put in the vacuum upside down. So when I pulled it out, of course everything....my credit card and the meds fall out onto the ground. I can't open my car door because the speaker is too close. So I slowly inch up just far enough so that I can open the door, and yes, I ran over the bottle of pills and crushed them. When I brought this to the attention of the pharmacy clerk, even sending back the bottle of crushed pills, she pretty much tells me too bad, it's "on you"!! She said she spoke with the pharmacist and not only would they not replace them, they said they couldn't refill them either because my husband was now out of refills. After a little discussion, she said they would have to review the camera footage and I could talk to the pharmacy director on Monday. Then she sent me back the mangled bottle with the crushed pills. Unfortunately, I was unable to visit with the pharmacy manager today as I was out of town, so my husband went in. They got the medication reordered from the doctor and gave my husband a $3 dollar break on the cost. They should be very happy I was out of town.

This store continues to suck. The manager at HEB on Williams in Georgetown is chronically out of Ozarka spring water. Tonight at 5:30 pm it was out of shredded chicken with a few rotisserie chickens left. It was out of turkey. It was out of Ozarka water. It was out of Napa Cabbage. It was out of shitaki mushrooms. I make my own meals, I don't buy their premade meals. Usually it's out of Italian parsley, often times out of fresh herbs. I'll try to go over to University to see if they have what Williams doesn't have but tonight with so many things out I went down to Round Rock. There were cooked chicken drumsticks for 4.44. There was turkey breast at 5.30 cents. No napa cabbage but very expensive shitake mushrooms. There were plenty of Ozarka spring water. I'm checking out and telling the bagging lady that I'm from Georgetown and we were out of all of the these things and she said yes we get a lot of people from Georgetown in Round Rock because our HEB is not stocked adequately and quite frankly they don't deserve the big business they get in Georgetown. Huge senior center here. Big growth here and they are chronically out of this and that. Plenty of money in this community to buy but you can't get things to buy and have to go out of town or to multiple stores. It's not unusual for me to go to 3 grocery store to get the ingredients for what I need to cook. Hoping that the new HEB on University will be better stocked than Williams Drive so I can save the gas going down to Round Rock but it isn't built yet. And thank God for Randalls because they had napa cabbage when Williams Georgetown HEB and Round Rock HEB didn't. Never have just one grocery chain serving your community. Always have two because otherwise you will be understocked and understaffed and underserved for your community. Don't let any store have a monopoly.

First off. My family has been shopping at HEB for years. I used to buy a very nice KODI hat that was made in Texas by Texans. Sad to say they no longer have American made hats. They sell cheap hats from Vietnam or Bangladesh!! Buyers beware!!!!

HEB georgetown is the worst possible shopping experience ever!!! THIS STORE STEALS from it's customers!!! They charge you for products you don't get. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! Their staff are clueless and they FORCE you into scanning your own products. Every single product requires a staff member to help. Every staff member is hostile. What an incredibly disgusting encounter. I tried them again today, trying to give them a chance but they are unbelievably incompetent and uncaring of the customer experience. I won't be back. I will look for other alternatives. DON'T SHOP THERE!!

My parents sent a birthday cake this afternoon via curbside delivery. Aaron was fantastic in helping to make this happen. H‑E‑B curbside staff even signed a card along with a Gatorade and Doritos.

Poor delivery service. It took 3 times to get the order right last week. Today I was supposed to get a delivery between 10 am and 11 am. They sent a text stating the order was delivered but when I called they said the order was still in the store. The driver messed up and now they have to change the delivery time. I am done with heb.

I like H‑E‑B in general, but this store is always packed & a little hard to navigate. The parking lot is a nightmare, so I try to hit it on off hours. One thing I greatly appreciated was the bagger offered to help me load my groceries in my car (I was using an electric cart with my bad knee.). She was so kind and helpful! I bounce back and forth between Randall's & H‑E‑B. Each has their own positives & negatives.

I worked at this HEB back in high school about 15 years ago and we had to go to cashier and bagging school for almost 2 weeks. Do they not do not that anymore!?!?!?!? Every time I go every cashier is so worried about their IPMs that everything gets crammed down the belt and squished! And then when they do have baggers, they bag the most random stuff in each bag that makes absolute no sense! Working there I purposely buy items on the belt to match as it goes down and it doesn’t end up that way!! I want to call each one out but not embarrass anyone.. you do know you wear a name tag and your name is on my receipt!?!?

I have no car. I live in Georgetown Texas 78626 so I order home delivery from Georgetown Texas HEB. And it seems delivery is hard for some reason. Eggs arrive broken and bread doesn't arrive at all. You call HEB regarding your order and yes they re-deliver items in question. And eventually they message you. The Bananas were black by the time I found them outside. The eggs and bread were okay. Such unnecessary stress and aggravation. I will order from someone else next time. Life is too short for the aggravation!

What could have been a negative review turned out to be a great one. I ordered a small quantity of ramen noodles for a friend in the area as a gag Christmas gift. The order was to be delivered by Favor. I alerted my friend when the food arrived. She went out to a front porch that was teeming with food. I'm talking massive multiples of milk, bananas, oranges, potatoes, everything under the sun. Except ramen. It had to be a $200-300 order. Meanwhile, in another part of Georgetown, someone was probably quite angry that their glut of food was replaced by 6 random packages of ramen. My friend and I started having this very strange and oblique conversation about what had arrived. I'm laughing. She's panicked. She sent me a picture. I then had to let on about the gag gift. I tried calling H-E-B, but was transferred to corporate with a long hold time. I had an appointment, so decided to call back afterward. By then, the store had already realized the error, contacted me, and replaced the order to my friend WITHIN THE HOUR. No kidding. That fast. As a bonus, she got to keep what was already delivered for free. She put it to good use, distributing it to her son. It never was entirely clear if the mistake was on Favor or HEB, but I'm glad HEB had the good sense to make me and my friend happy about the mix-up. Recommended.
