GREAT BRUNCH BUFFET, BUT THEY CHARGE FOR BABIES...

I really love their Sunday Brunch Buffet, its a very decent spread and I love that it includes Prime Rib, Cocktail Shrimp, and Round Rock Donuts! Please don't get rid of that. I have been here twice but unfortunately, I will not be returning again unless they change their policy regarding kids. First time here, I called in ahead of time to ask about the minimum age they would charge for a buffet before bringing my kids. I don't remember exactly what age that was, but it was something reasonable and I was certainly not charged for my 3 year old and 2 newborns at the time. Second time coming here for brunch, I assumed the kids policy was the same so I did not ask. They charged us $12 for each kid (policy is $12 buffet for all kids under 12). I understand paying for my 3 year old, most buffets the minimum is 2 or 3 years old, so that's fine. BUT charging $12 for each of my 10 month old babies, seems extremely unreasonable. I just fed my babies some pieces of fruit and waffle, probably equivalent to an adult bite of food. I have never heard of any buffet charging for babies and I think its embarrassing that this is their policy. I did speak with the manager about this and he did ultimately take off the charge for the babies, but seemed annoyed and explained that the it is $12 for 12 and under.

It's a shame because we do really like this buffet and was talking about bringing all of our friends here. Unfortunately, unless they change their policy about kids, we will not be returning. I rather not have that awkward conversation with the staff again regarding why they would think charging for $12 babies makes any sense.

My suggestion: charge $12 for kids 12 and under, but make it free for kids that are under 2 or 3. If that's not financially feasible, raise the price on the adult brunch.

This could have been a much better experience; however, the staff seems to all be new, including the ridiculous manager, whom was more concerned with a drunk man in the courtyard than the service of his actual patrons. When our food did come, it came out incomplete and we had no silverware. By the time we got the rest of our meal, the silverware being the last thing we got. Our food was cold. The managers response, “I’m sorry, let me know if there’s anything I can do!” And then said, i apologized. Service starts at the top and you can see his service is not up to par for management. The food wasn’t so bad, just cold but then we had a hair in the potatoes, which just seemed to be the icing on the cake.

Went on a Sunday and it was only brunch buffet.. I was hoping we can still order from the regular menu, but food and selection were ok.. typical Tex-Mex and American breakfast.. the Prime Rib was a good addition (included in the buffet).. wish we were told about the brunch drinks.. we ordered from the regular drinks/cocktails menu..

Waffles were made to order and being able to order egg whites only was a plus! Overall, a good experience..

This place was an upscale sports bar with good food and great drinks. It's tucked away in an apartment area, which made it super relaxing.
We ordered their gluten-free buns with our burgers. I had the turkey burger, and my husband had the veggie burger. Both were fantastic. The two drinks we had were off the seasonal menu, and we're fantastic. I would imagine all four would be great.
Nice spot to stop.

Dietary restrictions: They had gluten-free options.

Please note the menu states “skin on steak fries” but they serve you what appears to be fries from a freezer bag. They were not bad but I was expecting some fresh awesome Steak Fries.

I was not really impressed with this restaurant. We were a large party of 10. The server was nice. All of our drinks came out, kind of slow and a different times and at different times. The food dishes came out about the same time. Those in our party who ordered the salmon really enjoyed it. I ordered the Ruben. it was not very impressive. It came with fries that were sparsely scattered on the plate. The cranberry Rita was a seasonal drink. It came in a martini glass. The drink itself was tart, and there was a sugar rim on the glass.
