Friday night... Great love music, relaxed atmosphere... Airy place with plenty of room. Food was good, although service was slow.. especially getting the 1st drink and appetizers. Nice place to unwind.
Stopped in for a burger for lunch. Menu price for a Plain Old Burger is $9.50. On the bill it's $4.00 more than on the menu. Server said costs went up. Why don't they update the menu prices? The burger was good, but it wasn't pleasant to find the price to be higher than on the menu. I didn't argue but I'll let this review speak for me.Updating this in response to the vendor's reply - the online menu which the vendor claims is updated shows the price...
I've only been there as a performer on two occasions, but this place has a nice laid back type of vibe like most bar n' grill joints had back in the day.It seems like a mature crowd, and I don't mean old people. I just mean that it wasn't an obnoxious crowd that's usually the result of the barely-legal-to-drink folks. Everyone was there to eat, drink, and dance.It's right on the I-35 service road, so there's easy access to and from.
