What a joke. You get ignored by staff when trying to get what you paid for. Why offer items on app that aren’t available. And who doesn’t make shakes when they’re advertised all over the building? People who don’t care about customer service. That’s who. This store should just close its doors and let the one on 2243 have the business. 🤬🤬🤬
My sandwich was ready by the time I had gotten my drink. Good timing!
