Their app charged me 8 times for 2 burgers . I showed them on my phone, they confirmed it was their store number but said the order nevercame through to them. The order didnt show up on the app, only on my bank account 8 times . They gave me 2 burgers, I told them I paid for 8, give me eight. Nope. The manager wouldnt talk to me, she had the drive through girl talk to me at the drive through, then in the restaurant. I would think a customer being charged 8 times is a management issue. Useless manager
We stop by and there was no cars in site but our food was freshly made and delicious!

I hope this place of business is aware of cross contamination rule y’all don’t wear gloves when making people’s food is beyond unacceptable touching your face then people’s food is disgusting
Very slow at drive through. Only 3 cars in saw... I was the second one. Apparently 1 lady running the whole store? Curly fries burnt and cold.

The food was excellent. We just here for a quick stop, haven’t had their tacos for a long time. It was clean and the food service was quick, we got our order in minutes. The service was the main problem. It’s not welcoming, no smile, no greeting, no closing remark. It’s like the cashier hated her job. Coming from a long drive, it’s nice to hear the Texan hospitality but it was missing. Maybe she just had a bad day, took forever to take my order although I was the only one in line, not even acknowledged. They were just staring on me with unpleasant eyes. They were focused in conversing each other. Customer service has to be improved so people like me will keep coming. Hoping on my next visit to their store, I will find their Texan hospitality.

Seriously how hard is it to read an order and make it right! Placed an online order and all customized items were 100% wrong and Hank for nothing and wasting my time and money!

Went through the drive thru to get a Jr jumbo jack with cheese with an egg added on it thats it. They refused to put the egg on the burger, so they placed it in a bowl and said that it's against store policy to put egg on a burger which is nor true I have gone to plenty that put eggs on my burger. Then they tried to give me back a cold burger without making a new one. I had to request a new burger with cheese n kweo the cold egg in thr bowl. This was a horrible experience just to order a cheeseburger with an egg added. The manager did nothing and both of the representatives were rude n very unprofessional. If a customer orders something so simple and you can't make it and get it correct. There is training needed on customer service n proper etiquette for customer complaints. An order that only cost $3.89. Which was only a cheeseburger could not be done correctly.
