Loved the complimentary parking option, from the moment you walk in, the facility is clean and has a 4-Star feeling. I tested the property for its pool pass. When I got there, the front desk agent assisted me right away. She gave me good directions to the pool. I had to wait for a bit because security had to create a key for me. Wish this was done in advance. I went to the pool and was less impressed. For a 4-star property, I expected more. Dirty towels everywhere, trash on the ground, and beer containers rolling around. In my 4 hours there, not one staff member came to check. Ordering food and drinks was awkward. 3 bartenders behind the bar and nobody was excited to serve. Again, I expected more. All three saw me struggling to take my plate and drink back to the pool. I wish someone would have offered assistances, especially since it was so quiet. I didn’t go back for seconds. Overall, I expected more though I only spent $20 to enjoy the pool.

Full bar, Steve is a great bartender. The ambiance is super cool and chill. Stays open until ~midnight. They have a patio outside and live music!

I stay at this hotel 3-4 times per year. It is a nice property but the staff is consistently the least friendly hotel staff I’ve ever seen anywhere. Coming out of the pandemic, I chalked it up to stresses related to reopening a conference hotel safely and having adequate staffing. Over a year later, the staff is still unfriendly. Not rude, per se; everyone seems absolutely overwhelmed like they are doing two jobs with a consistently full hotel and cannot take time for a moment of courtesy. Who knows but I’m tired of the inadequate service levels for the price point, having experienced similar situations three stays this year so far. This stay, they literally don’t have enough little plastic door keys for everyone in my room to get one. And despite selling rooms with club access, there isn’t even hot coffee on the weekends, which feels like paying extra for nothing. So buyer beware. Sure this looks like the most upscale hotel property in Georgetown but you should consider the price point vs mid tier alternatives because the amenities and service are basically on par with what you would get at a lower priced alternative.

We stayed at 6 different hotel on this trip and this is by far our favorite. The public areas look and feel upscale. We booked a 2Q room and was assigned to one of the best rooms of this category, a club level room overlooking the park in the back of the hotel. There was a freeway in the distance. But we couldn't hear the traffic at all in our room. The room was large with enough seating for all three of us. The club lounge served breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres Mon-Thurs. We didn't get to partake since we were there over the weekend. We did dine at the Brix And Ale a few times. The lunch and dinner were pretty good. The breakfast was a bit low-budget for a hotel of this caliber. The fruit salad consisted only of cantaloupe, honey dew and grapes. The only topping for the oatmeal was brown sugar... You get the idea. All said, we are very happy with the stay and will definitely be back.

Walk to dinner. Or just go for a walk, period. Located in trendy Georgetown amidst several condo homes and terrific dining choices. Convenient and secure garage parking, very nice facility, and service reminded me of a JW or Autograph type of hotel, but with a lot of meeting space. Younger, energetic neighborhood. I will return.

This is a beautiful Sheraton location. The rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of workspace and closet/storage space. Everything is in perfect shape, super clean and bright, and nicely appointed. There are many dining options within walking distance and if you have a car, all of Georgetown is at your quick disposal. I had lunch in the on-site restaurant, Brix and Ale, and the food was delicious! A turkey and brie croissant sandwich and a side salad which was crisp and refreshing was just the thing to help me shake off my journey and get comfy and settled quickly. The employees here were all incredibly kind and helpful - I had a great experience overall.

This is a wonderful hotel and location. The facilities are nice. The front desk personnel were pleasant. Due to highway construction, the service roads created some confusion and difficulty to locate the hotel and it is in an upscale area that doesn't have large neon signs, etc. But, once inside it was very good. The free covered parking was convenient. Meeting rooms are comfortable, Food service was good.

We just spent 2 nights over Xmas at this property while visiting relatives in GeorgeTown. This is a GREAT hotel anywhere but EXCELLENT for Georgetown. The hotel is still pretty new so everything still looks great. The rooms are very comfortable and so are the beds. They acknowledged our Titanium level and we had FULL breakfast at the restaurant. This is so hit and miss at so many Marriott properties so kudos to this Sheraton for offering this to the elites. They have a lounge but due to staffing, breakfast was not available in the lounge. Overall, we are happy with our stay and know this is our place to stay every time we visit family. There's no other property that is on the level of this Sheraton in Georgetown.

I attended a conference here, and very much enjoyed my two night stay. I would say the only drawback was that the check-in process took way longer than it should have. The front desk staff was friendly, but they could have worked more efficiently. Every time I passed the front desk, there were lines of people waiting to either check in or check out. The room itself was clean and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the internet connection speed was sufficient, and there were plenty of conveniently placed USB and electrical plugs on the nightstands as well as on the desk. The conference facilities were very nice, although extremely chilly - make sure you bundle up. The food we had as part of the conference was also tasty. It was super convenient to have a few restaurants within walking distance as the location is a bit remote and the hotel restaurant had some very strange hours.

This Sheraton was a great spot outside Austin to stay on our way to Waco. We had a quiet suite and found the lounge to be enjoyable, as well as the lounge staff. The parking was easy and free! The hotel restaurant was closed, but we ate dinner across the parking lot at a wonderful spot (see separate review). In fact there were a number of dining choices just a few hundred feet or so from the hotel. It was nice to stay in a quiet area and not have to drive to get dinner. Well done one and all at the Sheraton.

Stayed 2 nights to attend a conference at the hotel. The room was clean and nice, with a good view of the river/greenbelt area. My only complaint on the room is that there wasn't a fridge. I like to bring snacks that need to be kept cold and so I had to throw away some I brought with me. The conference amenities were great and the food was really good. We had 2 lunches and one dinner. I really enjoyed the Italian lunch - especially the tiramisu, and the vegetarian quesadillas at the Mexican lunch (I'm not even a vegetarian). Great stay and great conference! My only other complaint was there wasn't any electric vehicle charging. I had to go out of my way to Round Rock to charge my Tesla.

The lobby, room and facilities are gorgeous. They are immaculately maintained. The beds were amazingly comfortable and there are several shops and restaurants right across from the hotel. Did a couples getaway night and I’m so glad we did!

I specifically requested in writing before I arrived daily linen service change, last I checked this included towels and bed sheets... but nope. I did ask for extra blankets for my elderly listed guest which were supplied.... Actual ring up room service? Nope... I asked for a fridge... they wanted another $15 bucks a day plus tax...good thing us real Texans carry coolers in their trunks at all times...a common shower hand wand?...nope....On site lounge that's ever open? ....nope......Breakfast bar? ...only if you want to slap down $17.00 even if you just want a coffee and toast...Micrrowave?... Nope....The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful with info, but forget the rest.. Oh yes then the bill on my statement was not the amount cited when I left, so still dealing with that.... Good Luck.

We were attending a Wedding at a vineyard about 20 miles north of Georgetown, Texas. This was the best hotel in Georgetown so most all of the out of town guests stayed here. The hotel was fairly new but like most hotels they were lacking staff. Being a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member the front desk agent was new and had not been briefed on some of the benefits of our status so we were put into one of the smallest rooms in the house. This was OK but it did disappoint my wife since there was only one chair in the room. We did use the bar for evening drinks before bed which was well done. Their VIP lounge was open for Waters and Coffee but not for Breakfast or evening Drinks. The front desk stated that they did not have employees to staff it. This was also disappointing since most every other hotel we have stayed in since January was back to normal.
