Always a fresh, great tasting sandwich. I like their mini for a light lunch.

I was given chopped-up used bread that looked like it came from a random trash stack of bread. On top of that, the kids working there have zero customer service skills and really bad attitudes anytime you ask for something simple—like extra items or even a to-go bag to pack your own food. It’s honestly disappointing and unprofessional.

I have a coupon book from Tippit Athletics and I went to use the coupon and was told they don’t honor the coupon. I left because I didn’t want to make a scene. I went to Thundercloud Sub because they had a coupon also. BTW I didn’t have an issue with the coupon. If you have a coupon you should honor it but that’s okay because I won’t be back and I hope people of Georgetown know this store will not honor their coupons

Sadly recieved uncorreect order a couple of times. Glad we always check this and the remake it but sad that it has happened more than once.

I ordered a giant number 44 and it’s supposed to come with buffalo sauce on it. I spent $40 in total on DoorDash for this order and it was missing the buffalo sauce. It’s ridiculous. How do you forget to put buffalo sauce on a buffalo chicken sandwich?

So good! Trailer parking! (If the mail man is not currently there & you know what you’re doing) Always a good attitude and they make the sandwich like they are actually going to have to eat it!

The folks at this location need a refresher on safe food handling practices.

Handling items back and forth with customers, using the kiosk, and wiping your forehead isn’t sanitary because you’re wearing gloves.

To me Jersey Mike's is probably one of the best sandwich shops in the area. They always make your sandwich fresh from freshly sliced meat and cheese and they are always very generous on the amount of meat that they give you on your sandwich. They always like to ask if you want your sandwich Mike's way but I never do because I don't need the extra calories from olive oil and I don't need any extra salt in my diet. But they're always very good about making my sandwich custom the way I want it.

This is my local JMs and i love to go here and get subs and I went tonight and they close at 9PM and I got there at 8:55 (which I know is cutting it close but still) and they had already closed. I was sad and really wanted a sub. Why post the hours until 9 if they are going to close at 8:55? No sub for me 😔😕👎

I love this place. Sandwiches are great! BUT take a minute to empty your outside garbage can. It’s distracting from us sitting outside on this nice (not hot) day.
