Jersey Mike's Subs

So good! Trailer parking! (If the mail man is not currently there & you know what you’re doing) Always a good attitude and they make the sandwich like they are actually going to have to eat it!

The folks at this location need a refresher on safe food handling practices.

Handling items back and forth with customers, using the kiosk, and wiping your forehead isn’t sanitary because you’re wearing gloves.

To me Jersey Mike's is probably one of the best sandwich shops in the area. They always make your sandwich fresh from freshly sliced meat and cheese and they are always very generous on the amount of meat that they give you on your sandwich. They always like to ask if you want your sandwich Mike's way but I never do because I don't need the extra calories from olive oil and I don't need any extra salt in my diet. But they're always very good about making my sandwich custom the way I want it.

This is my local JMs and i love to go here and get subs and I went tonight and they close at 9PM and I got there at 8:55 (which I know is cutting it close but still) and they had already closed. I was sad and really wanted a sub. Why post the hours until 9 if they are going to close at 8:55? No sub for me 😔😕👎

I love this place. Sandwiches are great! BUT take a minute to empty your outside garbage can. It’s distracting from us sitting outside on this nice (not hot) day.

We worked with this location for a large order for our team when we were in town recently. They were very professional over the phone as well as via email. We had many special orders. We picked up the food and it was ready to go, on time, and everything was right! In my job we work with restaurants regularly on group orders to varying levels of success. This Jersey Mike's location was one of the best. It makes our job so much easier when other people do their jobs well! Well done and thank you!

Visited the Georgetown location and Neally at multitasking. She was taking multiple orders at the same time ringing up orders on the register. There was another young lady that was on the grill however Neally was very efficient. There was a lady sitting at the table in a Jersey mikes shirt on the laptop that I felt could’ve assisted however I don’t know what she was doing so I can’t make assumptions. I want to thank Neally for her hard work and dedication.

Great sandwich
They actually put Meat on it unlike the othets

I went in on Wednesday around 8 o’clock and their card machine wasn’t working. The manager jokingly said he broke it referring to the last customer who used the machine I tried to pay with card. I only have card. I don’t have cash multiple times to get the machine working. Total was only $11 and change. I had two subs buy one get one free after the card machine didn’t work a few times not my card machine. They sent another customer who ordered before me to get their cash so they could pay for their order I had the option to get cash too but I was able too because I was giving the card by a friend to pick up the food after trying to get the machine working and it didn’t work they Informed me that I can’t Take the subs i’m not asking for anything for free. I come here all the time. I just don’t see why they’d rather throw food in the trash and give it to a customer comes in all the time when their machine wasn’t working I went to get a card to contact the manager and The manager told me I’m the manager. I don’t even get free food and I work here. I am completely disgusted With the operations that occurred today, I may never come back to your establishment ever again please get back to me
