I've never been disappointed with a JJ sandwich. I ordered from the parking lot via their app and then went inside. They greeted me when I entered and then confirmed they were working on my order. They brought it to my table when ready. All in all, a pleasant experience and the food was good. There's no atmosphere to speak of, but I'm fine with that since I always order for takeout. I highly recommend all Jimmy John's, but especially the Georgetown and Round Rock stores.

One of the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Stale bread where you can chip a tooth. Ingredients taste expired and it took multiple tries to get the right ingredients. This place put me off on Jimmy John’s for good. Adios.

August the manager was so awesome helping me have my order correct and ready at the time I requested! I LOVE this location. They get your subs right everytime. I have dealt with multiple managers and they have all been professional, friendly , and helpful!

Young lady behind the counter was very rude. I placed an online order, but somehow the app removed a duplicate sandwich that i wanted. That order was paid for online. I then had to reorder and pay for the "missed" sandwich, and she was so rude about it. Doubt I'll be back.
2nd time they've screwed up my order. Both times they weren't busy. You couldn't pay me to come back here in fear that I'd waste gas on another screwed up order. How is it possible to not remember the main ingredients of the club lulu? It's turkey and bacon, not just turkey!

Food is good. Delivery is horrible. Expect to wait way past your delivery time to get food. On hour lunchbreak, delivery was for 11:45 and it is 12:25 and still no food. Won't be ordering here again.
