Just solid BBQ at a really cool tucked away spot in downtown Georgetown. It’s behind a boutique store, so it’s a bit confusing on how to find it, but it’s back there.

First off, let me start by saying, as I walked up there was a customer at the window. Based on the convo he is a regular. The owner(I’m assuming) handed him a bag of food and said, “here take this home so you have dinner too.” Thoughtful people always a plus in my book.As for the food and this is strictly my opinion. The Cole slaw was a little different for me but good. I ate it all. I can’t pinpoint why it was different. The brisket and sausage has flavor where bbq sauce isn’t needed but I used it anyway. I did feel like Mac and cheese could have been creamier. Again, I ate all of the Mac and cheese just prefer it more creamy. Everyone has their own preference so please come try for yourself. Great outdoor sitting area plus awesome customer service.

The best BBQ I've had in a long time. Pricier than expected for the portion size we got, but very delicious. We sat outside the food truck at a picnic table during the Hutto Fest. The music they were playing was too loud, but overall we had a good experience.

First time to try this BBQ trailer. Brisket was the most moist and tender I have ever had! Simply delicious without sauce. I also loved the sausage, which was lean but moist, and the sauce was perfect for it. The slaw and mac&cheese were great! Staff were great and the food was well packed for trip home. I will be back.
