First off, let me start by saying, as I walked up there was a customer at the window. Based on the convo he is a regular. The owner(I’m assuming) handed him a bag of food and said, “here take this home so you have dinner too.” Thoughtful people always a plus in my book.As for the food and this is strictly my opinion. The Cole slaw was a little different for me but good. I ate it all. I can’t pinpoint why it was different. The brisket and sausage has flavor where bbq sauce...

I had the pleasure of trying out a barbecue food truck that left me utterly impressed. The customer service was exceptional, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.The juicy brisket was the highlight of the meal – perfectly smoked, tender, and bursting with flavor. It was a carnivore's dream come true. The combination of top-notch food and outstanding service made this food truck a must-visit.
