Krispy Crunchy Chicken

Pretty amazing chicken! You'd never expect it from being in a gas station. I had the chicken sandwich and it was alright but the bread is sweet so it wasn't the best I've ever had. Stick with the drumsticks and strips for the best experience. Jambalaya ain't bad either!

I had no idea this is a chain. Came to try the chicken sandwich. I was not a fan of it to be honest, the bun was waaaay too sweet and overpowering for my taste. Their strips tho are delicious! Dont miss out on the ranch sauce and the sweet and sour, those are my favoritrs. As for the sides, jambalaya is fire, pretty mild, would not mind a spicy version. Service was pretty slow but that's cause they had to make the sandwich, would have been faster just with strips.

i thought this cant be right, a gas station?!?! but? reading about krispy krunchy chicken's appealing crunchiness in s.f. gate online publication one day, i made a note to explore further. sounds good.... one day at the computer, i look up & discover there is wide appeal, & fierce loyalty to brand, since they say it's so delicious! i go to valero gas, score huge pieces, for roughly $2. apiece (4 pieces: 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 whole wing, 1 drumstick= only $8.49) the crunch is now...read full review
