Lamppost Coffee on South Main is one of those places that quietly becomes your go to before you realize it has you fully caffeinated and emotionally invested. The drip coffee I had was decent. I was taken aback that a large vanilla cold brew cost $7 though. Especially when their large size is more of a medium anywhere else.
The barista was very friendly and there was plenty of seating available.
Decent place if you’re looking to grab a coffee near the square, just expect tourist prices.

Really good drip coffee! I ordered a huge chocolate chip cookie, that they warmed up for me. What a yummy treat!
They have a good food menu, bakery items, and merch for sale as well. Plenty of sitting inside, cool art displayed on the walls and a couple quint cafe tables outside.
I visited here in December and the string lights everywhere were very beautiful and inviting.
