Great place. Kind of like going to grandmas house. Chicken salad had bacon was good, egg salad was ok, loved the tomatoes cucumber salad, the congealed salad was good. I think they overcharged us a little. Friends loved the lemonade. Kids liked the grilled cheese
A quaint little lunch spot. The strawberry soup (cold) was delightful. I am gluten intolerant and they had gluten free bread for sandwiches or toast.

We’ve lived in Georgetown for a while and have explored just about every spot on the square—except Laurie’s. We’d walked by countless times and never gave it much thought, especially with so many great lunch options around. Big mistake. Laurie’s is hands-down the most delicious lunch spot on the square. The food is not only fantastic, but the whole experience is just as genuine and charming as it is tasty. We’ll definitely be back!

I went to this place on 03/25/25, FIRST TIME EVER for lunch and the food was so good, i told my wife we would go for Dinner On Friday too, not realizing they close at 3pm. What restaurants closes when people are hungry for Dinner ? This is so Ridiculous to be honest. Now i will find a place that we can enjoy dinner and lunch somewhere else. It's not a good business practice whatsoever. I would never close a restaurant when it's the busiest time and the busiest food day of the week, everywhere you go. Very selfish to be true. I can't go back here now. It's a DAMN SHAME FOLKS.

Love this little homey cafe! I’ve eaten there multiple times and have enjoyed every meal. Last week I decided to grab two of their frozen casseroles to take home - king ranch chicken and chicken enchiladas - and they were both delicious. Warmed up in the oven in about 20 minutes and tasted as if they’d just been made.

This is such a good place to eat lunch. I tried the Green Chili Quiche with a side of fruit. That was one of the best quiches that I have ever eaten, absolutely delicious. Service was really good and its a very friendly inviting place.

All from scratch and all was very good. Reasonably priced and the service was what I would call sincerely friendly. Great homemade pies too. Try the chilled peach soup!
