Bad Service in the Georgetown Location. This is the second time I tried ordering on the App. Came into order & Steve was rude. I cancelled my order. I Spoke to the Manager named Tim. No one at this location was willing or knew how to resolve the problem ordering online. The worst Customer Service.
They tell customers 20 minutes to pick it up…went to pick up my order, waited an hour. Poor 13 other door dashers waiting were not happy. Got my order home and it was wrong. It was supposed to be heart shaped. My bad for not looking while in the store but wouldn’t have wanted to wait another hour. Back of house only had 3 workers on a Valentines night.
Order not ready 20 mins after it stated it was ready. Employees EXTREMELY rude and not wanting to even help the customers at the counter! Save your money and order elsewhere
