McAlister's Deli

We ran into Mcalisters since there is a Tesla charger right in front. Decided to just get a drink and we paid almost 8 bucks for a large peach mango tea! I told the cashier if he was right, and he said yup! Its expensive your better off buying the gallon.
It blew my mind, just to get out of there I said ok, the tea it is. Got in the car and the tea was way too sweet. It made me more upset lol. I can only imagine the price for the food.
The cashier was nice, the restaurant was ewe, one of the digital menus was broken and had black lines going down it. The women’s bathroom was worse , and the black and white tile on the floor was lifted, almost unsafe to walk on.
But I mostly disappointed on the tea price. I will never go to one again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is ok. Nothing I would go out of my way for. Seems like the portion sizes have gotten smaller recently.

Shoot I walked in and right away all the workers were active and paying attention, Ruben the absolute best worker there greeted me and my day got better from there, shoutout Ruben.

Ordered a club sandwich without mayo and cook wanted to argue that he made it himself and didn’t put mayo on it even when it was obviously all on the sandwich. We didn’t even ask for the sandwich to be remade; we just asked for new bread and we would transfer everything over to try and not waste anything. The attitude was completely unprofessional.

Only negative I had with this visit was the Mac n Cheese side dish container was only half full. I only eat it once in a while when eating out and figured I'd try theirs today. It was very good. The manager offered to fill it up for me after telling me they only put a small 4 oz scoop in the container. They were very attentive and made certain our cups were full. In fact, we were at the counter before leaving and no one was there, a kitchen staff member that was not on the floor saw us and came out to refill our drinks. That is good service. I wish more restaurants would take notice.

Stood in front of 4 employees arguing for 5+ minutes without even being acknowledged. All while 2 plates of someone’s food sat there getting cold. Watched what looked like a manager walk out, see what was going on, then just leave the store… After trying to get someone’s attention and blankly being ignored, we decided it was time to leave.

We absolutely LOVE McCalisters food and drove 20 minutes to have a lunch date with my wife there. Definitely not coming back to this specific location anytime soon😔

Comparing delis, this one does not have a salad bar. Too bad. The sandwich was a decent amount of meat, but the meat had a great flavor. Better than many sandwiches.

Literally blown away by the amazing and cordial service from all we encountered here. Staretta is hilarious, and makes you feel most welcomed. The manager even walked around checking on all of the patrons. Food was generous and quality.

This place will must always has really good food my dad got the bacon ranch chicken avocado baked potato and I got the regular size roast beef sandwich which was pretty good and I had potato salad with it and a nice good dill pickle. Their food is definitely almost always good here simple food and nothing special or fancy to worry about making it hard to decide and what you want to get.
