I am a regular customer of this McAlister's Deli. I always dine in. I have found the quality of the food and service to be consistently high. I have tried a variety of items on the menu and have enjoyed every one I tried. The customer service is outstanding. I particularly like Kathy, the manager, who is attentive and takes her job seriously. She is focused on making sure everyone has what they need. Kathy circulates through the restaurant and checks in with all the diners. She is quick to accommodate me and is constantly checking on her staff to make sure they are doing their job. I often have small business meetings here (usually two to three people) not only because of the quality food and service but also because the atmosphere is pleasant and not too noisy - they don't play the background music loudly (which I find is a problem with many restaurants). I highly recommend McAlister's Deli at Wolf Ranch Town Center.

Disgusting. Ordered pulled pork nachos and the pulled pork was ice cold straight out of the refrigerator. Looks like hospital cafeteria food, not fresh. Waste of money

Sandwich was old . Tasted stale like it’s been stored away in the refrigerator for a while. Bowl of chili was cold. And the mango tea was warm like the ice melted away be fore the tea got cold. Wasted my money

This establishment is way past unprofessional. They almost double charged me for a to go order AND never gave me the drink I paid them almost $5.00 for on top of it. Not sure if the girl taking the order helped herself to a $20.00 tip or she just overcharged my card because she doesn't know how to work the register. But when I called to talk to the Manager the girl proceeded to tell me her Manager was in a meeting. I called back 40 mins later to try to resolve it and she told me sorry we are at the height of our lunch hour. He still would not come to the phone. I let them know if they refused to come to the phone I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge. The woman hung up on me. If you are going to patronize this place you better watch your wallet AND your credit card, because they are clearly stealing from their customers. NEVER AGAIN!

Waited 30 minutes for an online order . With my 40 pound toddler in my hands . They kept giving me blank stares and couldn’t find my order insisting my order wasn’t for their location although I showed them I ordered at their location . Had I used a 3rd party order service I’d understand somewhat . But I used their app . They tried to give me an order I saw when I first walked in 30 minutes prior . Now waiting an additional 10 minutes for it to be remade . I had half a sandwich and half a salad 🤦🏻‍♀️

Our experience with McAlister's has always been top notch. We have been so many times and the food and service have always been great. The staff we have interacted with have been friendly, helpful and polite. What prompted this review was the great food we received by delivery. There may come a time when I have a negative experience, but it won't outweight the numerous positive experiences we have had.

Honestly the food was pretty good, but it was served super poorly. Our silverware was dirty, and the plate had gunk on it. The person taking our order wore a mask, which is fine, but they talked softly so really had no idea what they were saying.

We ran into Mcalisters since there is a Tesla charger right in front. Decided to just get a drink and we paid almost 8 bucks for a large peach mango tea! I told the cashier if he was right, and he said yup! Its expensive your better off buying the gallon.
It blew my mind, just to get out of there I said ok, the tea it is. Got in the car and the tea was way too sweet. It made me more upset lol. I can only imagine the price for the food.
The cashier was nice, the restaurant was ewe, one of the digital menus was broken and had black lines going down it. The women’s bathroom was worse , and the black and white tile on the floor was lifted, almost unsafe to walk on.
But I mostly disappointed on the tea price. I will never go to one again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is ok. Nothing I would go out of my way for. Seems like the portion sizes have gotten smaller recently.
