Placed an order through my mobile app and went to go pick up the food for me and my family and once again something is always messed up!! Either food is missing or it’s completely wrong or something that was not even ordered!!!! Like come on man i payed for this no longer going to this McDonald’s!!!!!

this is the nastiest place to eat .. customer service was super bad .. first of all they don’t have amenities like they use to so when they brought everyone’s order they had an extra tray with amenities but when they came to our table they said they didn’t have it anymore.. and limited us with them .. we are regular customers that come twice a week and this is the way they are gonna treat certain customers ok I see now … im gonna be talking to corporate because I don’t think the owner knows about limiting the customers..

The managers were rude even when you are there being nice and they come at you like your wrong .in the app is shows the sauce is 0.00 and they say sauce is a extra .25 each.even though you pay 30 cents for a special sauce and you don't get them all

Very rude I told them I wanted a water cup. They charge me for a large Coke! when I went to the first line to pay she sent me to the second door when I went to the second door she told me to pay over five dollars for a drink I told her I wanted a water cup she said so you don’t want the Coke I said no She did not give me a refund or offer anything for the payment . They were so rude and inconsiderate. I called five times when I left
