They can't get an order correct. Only one employee is friendly and he's one of the managers. Sad because they are in a prime location!

Very rude I told them I wanted a water cup. They charge me for a large Coke! when I went to the first line to pay she sent me to the second door when I went to the second door she told me to pay over five dollars for a drink I told her I wanted a water cup she said so you don’t want the Coke I said no She did not give me a refund or offer anything for the payment . They were so rude and inconsiderate. I called five times when I left

I love that this mc Donald’s don’t use the same grease and hash browns are always fresh and not as hard as a rock. But iced caramel coffee taste nasty and no caramel

Location is difficult to enter and exit. Parking is limited due to the drive thru being so close to the entrance. No one to man the register so you must use the automated machines to order.

Being greeted with "Can I help you" is WILD! lol

Did McDonald's stop caring about customers? Is it all about just getting the food made and out the door?

Chick-fil-A would NEVER!

Beware; Undercooked meat was noted on 12-19-2024, in the evening. I don’t know if it was a matter of mistaken cook time or a cooktop that’s not regulated but I don’t want people getting sick when I can help leave this review. Inspect to be sure you food isn’t pink!

Worst service ever they ignore mobile orders the shift manager isela was the worst ignoring me after I asked to check her system for my order shower her on my phone and still was we don’t have it aperently the owner of this store doesn’t care about all the issues this store is having with such lazy employees with no customer service at all awful I would rather drive up the road to the 4418 Williams drive

If you are in a hurry don't bother coming here or using the mobile app to save time. Unable to handle a normal lunch or dinner rush.

if you’re placing a mobile order, don’t choose curbside!! drive thru orders seem to have priority here, we sat in a curbside spot for over 20 minutes while we watched cars that arrived after us come and go through the drive thru

I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for years, but tonight’s experience finally pushed me to write a review. First, I noticed that they upcharge drinks on the kids’ meals without any prior notice, adding $1 per meal for what I assume is just a small drink that likely only costs $1 to begin with. This unannounced charge feels unfair and misleading, especially in a family-friendly setting where the pricing for kids’ meals should be clear and straightforward.

But what really frustrated me was the way they handled the toys. My kids were excited about the seasonal toy being advertised everywhere: on the large drive-up menu, online, on TV commercials, and across social media. It even says on the receipt that we were to get that specific toy! After ordering, we discovered that they didn’t even have the toy in stock! And the worst part? The staff didn’t even mention this until I’d paid and was being handed the happy meals. When I expressed my disappointment, I was met with a casual “Yeah, we’re out” response, with no apology or acknowledgment of how misleading the advertising had been.

It’s disappointing to feel shortchanged, both in unexpected charges and in not getting the experience we were promised. The lack of communication and casual approach to customer service left a lot to be desired. Not a great experience at this location.
