This is a very good mcdonald's, everything is hot, fresh, and the way it was ordered.

If you go in and order on the Kiosk there’s a good chance your order will be right. If you order in person or in the drive through odds are your order will be wrong. The problem is a poor understanding of English. That may be of zero importance for the cooks but it does matter for the person taking the order. Again tonight the order was wrong on the drive through screen even after multiple tries. I drove around and talked to the person directly ( no intercom) and she still messed up the order.

Everyone working the drive through and the manager spoke poor english and couldnt understand our order. Kids nugget meal with frozen DrP, a separate frozen DrP, and a coke float. Was wrong on the electronic screen and she wouldnt fix. We talked to her in person, still screwed up. Went to the next window to explain and still wrong. Talked to the manager and gave up.

Not worth it
Placed an order on the app. Sat in the drive-through for a few minutes without it moving so I parked and when inside to get my order. I walk in and see a guy not in any type of uniform talking in Spanish to everyone in the back as he's bagging food. He would bag a meal then hold it for a min or two as he was talking. As im standing there 3 people come in line behind me. He looks over and walks in the back. Comes back up front on his cell phone and starts to talk to the other people in line with his cell phone still in his hand. I asked who the manager was and he said it was him. Not wearing anything that had a McDonald's logo, on the phone taking orders, holding orders after he bagged them and hes the manager. I showed my order number to someone who questioned if I ordered from the right store. A few minutes later they found my printed receipt. I waited roughly 20 minutes for my order with no one in the lobby and only 5 cars in the drive-through. They were all to busy talking to each other and in the phone then actually helping customers.

This has got to be the lowest location in Georgetown. Even at non peak times, drive thru takes at least 10 minutes.

I ordered breakfast via app. App allowed me to order before 10:30 a.nm. I go though drive-thru and I am told they stopped serving because they ran out. I asked why they stopped serving if breakfast option was still available. Corporate should do something about this. Now I have to wait for a refund via app.
