I'm retired and have been to hundreds of McDonald's across this country over my many years. This location continues to be the worse I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Every trip I've made here there's always an issue. Dining Room and restrooms are always filthy. Employees are rude, don't enunciate and seem to care less about their customers.
This morning I went thru the drivethru at 6am. Coudn't understand the woman taking my order, and I have excellent hearing. I order the same thing for breakfast EVERY time. But my normal Sausage McMuffin w/ Egg turned out to be something called a McGriddle (???). I've never ordered one in my life. It's disgusting! The gal also didn't put a straw in my bag for the small OJ I always order. Hard to drink that on the road w/out one.
Management is either oblivious to all the issues at this location, or are the root cause. Something needs to change!!

The employees seem to really love thier jobs and go above and beyond the job description. They took the time to check for an item and gave it to me!

I'll go to any other McDonald's even if it's a little bit further. There's literally no customer service at all at this location. The only time you communicate with somebody is when you're at the drive-thru. Being there as a customer, as a delivery driver, it's unacceptable. There was never anyone at the front and you see them all walking around purposely not looking at the entrance to avoid eye contact and addressing a customer up front. At least the food orders have been correct for the most part.

I’m beyond disappointed. It seems that they don’t know how to handle a busy shift or day. We already had complications at drive thru with them not understanding. Then when we got our coffee, it didn’t have whipped cream or caramel so we informed them. They had an attitude with something THEY made a mistake on and they proceeded to take the coffee back and POUR SOME OUT TO PUT WHIPPED CREAM. SMH. The coffee let alone was disgusting, dark, and it tasted old.

The guy who took the order was very nice, but there was a lot of background laughing and talking, he didnt get the last part of our order. We paid and saw it on the receipt. Tried to address it at next window and guy kept telling us one moment. When we finally got his attention he didnt listen just repeated what part of our order was missing and told us to pull forward. When they brought the rest of the order we told the girl the problem. She looked like she didnt know what to do, and told us to go around again and order. So we tried and got stuck in a long unmoving drive thru. I am very frustrated by the whole ordeal and we just left.
Husband went in because our food was messed up when ordering through the drive thru, the manager made everything right by even remaking our fries to ensure everything was hot at the same time. This type of effort and customer service is what people need!

i had an inconvenience with my food yesterday and today the supervisor andrea called me and gave me a free meal on her, all because i was unable to eat my order from yesterday. i really appreciate this kind of customer service and would recommend anyone to say something if they have an issue because andrea will take initiative to fix it for you.

Food was average/normal McDonalds standard. Should've been quick and easy. This review is for the curbside ordering. Bottom line, it took 15 minutes. That's way too long. Business must be good for them to not even aknowledge it. They definitely don't need me to return.
**Update to the original review regarding the AI generated response to this review from the McDonalds owner advising me to contact their customer care department. NOTE: I already did that and received the attached generic message. I believe ai is fielding the complaints at this corporation.

Love this place! Everyone is very friendly. I go thru the drive thru daily for the best iced coffee around. They get to know you and have your order ready perfectly and promptly. Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and more for this McDonald's!

First opened it was great tasting big burgers... Seemed to be a gimmick to return, ever since then patties seem way smaller and no flavor you have to stack your fries on the burger to make it taste ok.
