We had to wait over 20 minutes after ordering, and we had to get their attention to even get a refund. No acknowledgement of anyone in the store. If you're going to focus on the drive thru, close the cafe for a bit. We ordered breakfast, and now it's too late. I hate blaming fast food workers, but 20 minutes without any word from any of the workers is absurd.

Don’t judge me but I go to the McDonalds a lot and when I go the employees are always friendly, remember me and always makes sure that my order is good .

It is a shame that they were having supply chain problems. I am only 5 food items on McDonald's menu old and I don't ever recall having a limited menu due to supply chain.

Does anyone even work here? They are slow and horrible.
I've been here twice. Fast food joints are often a trade off of not great service, okay quality food (still tasty) for price and convenience. This place has served me well those both times. I felt that the staff was professional, quick and the food was good quality.
Take this review for what it will but this is one of the better McDonald's around. I hope it stays that way.

Only one person at the register and she was too busy to take care of customers. No ketchup cups. No drink machine. Tables were dirty. People must know that the service sucks because there were hardly any customers. Food was ok but we've had better at other McDonalds.

It's probably one of the nicer local mcds. The staff is usually very friendly ( especially Judy!!) They've missed something here or there but much better than the mcds just a few miles away
