Listen, I always feel so silly leaving reviews. And leaving a review for a fast food place seems even sillier. But this McDonald’s slaps, The food is always fresh, the service is always great. I occasionally have to wait a long time, but my order is never wrong and everyone who works there is so kind about it. During the ice storm, they were out there, busting up the ice, taking care of their patrons and making sure people could get in and out of the line. Even if I move further...

You may need to double check your order on the screen and again when you get the bag to make sure you get everything pending who's working and how busy it is at times. It seems like the trouble i run into is going through the drive thru and having miscommunication. I don't know if it's an issue with the audio or staff not understanding what you say and randomly picking items for you instead of confirming orders. That said, usually good staff and quick service.

I do have to say that curbside order is an absolute disaster. Ive been stuck out there waiting for 20 minutes. Have had to walk in to grab my own food.
I really like these people but sometimes the service just isn’t there. The manager is super sweet to me all the time
They work really hard for the amount of business they get every day.
