they add Gratuity to every single table. service its slow. we asked for refills and they never came back.. and why should they if they hit you with Gratuity no matter what

Felt ignored, overcharged, and let down! Dining here was a terrible experience. The staff was unwelcoming, the place was dingy, and our server blatantly ignored our table even though there were only three other groups of diners. One dish came out wrong and was never corrected because no one bothered to check on us until it was time to drop the bill. The food wasn’t very good (the beans were gross), and they even tacked on gratuity for a group of only four, which felt sneaky and completely unjustified. Absolutely not worth your time or money.

I’ve came here for breakfast tacos maybe five times this month. Three of the times the order was completely wrong. The other two times there was almost nothing in the breakfast tacos. This last time that I went, everything was wrong again so this is my sixth time going and my last lol but this time I got the wrong tortillas and not just the wrong ingredients and I went and took them back and they Gave me a hard time and told me that I was wrong. They told me that they were flour tortillas when they were actually corn tortillas. I only ever get flour tortillas. I know the difference between the two. They lost my respect and they lost my business.

Horrible customer service. You can’t try to make it up after the fact and try to make it up. Why not just be good customer service from the get-go. And I get people have off days, but just don’t seem like one of those day. Be cautious if ordering from here

I have a hard time accepting less than customer service and this place delivers just that. I placed an order online and received a notice that sausage was out of stock. No big deal, I called the establishment and they were able to substitute for bacon. I had a group of 15 people to feed. We waited and waited and then received a notice that the entire order was cancelled and they could not fulfill the order. Why not tell me that on the phone when we initially talked about the items out of stock?? You can’t supply the basics of eggs, cheese and a tortilla? Wow, we will not be visiting again.

Service is terrible!! The waitress bring your drinks and then sit down at the table at the entrance and don’t pay no attention to you after that the people who bring out the food I believe are the people working in the back and are the ones that will service you they should be getting the waitresses tips !!
Really great food that isn't too greasy. Checks all the boxes for me: The salsa is 10/10 and the cucumber-pineapple aqua fresca is absolutely fantastic and I haven't been able to find anything like it anywhere else in town. I'm happily surprised by this place.

Ordered: Mojarra frita, flautas, coctel de camarón, and a massive parrillada!! Everything tasted authentic and delicious. The mojito was SO refreshing!😋 The restaurant was so cool, we stayed longer because of the calm, and cool, and spacious atmosphere! Thank you for this town jewel!!!

Walked in as the only customer waited ten minutes to order for water and sweet tea and chips then 10 to receive them then once that came back the waiter left and 15 minutes later comes by for our order I ask for the taco combination plate with 4tripa tacos he said let me go ask and never came back 15 minutes go by we finish our drinks leave a ten on the table for chips and salsa and a tea and then leave this shit was wild

Great food. Reminds me of Mexican restaurants throughout California. More authentic, not tex-mex so much. Great spice, awesome carne asada tacos. Kids meals were perfect. 10 stars.
