Very disappointing. This location allows customer to order online for delivery but then day of the driver can cancel the order. DO NOT order for delivery because you have less than 10% they will actually delivery. If you ordering for special event, DO NOT opt for delivery because they will cancel morning of. Worst customer service every. This location should remove delivery as option if they can not guarantee your order will be delivered. They deliver thru UBER which is very unreliable.

I ordered a bundt cake through their website to be delivered to a friend. Please know it goes through Uber Eats and there is no way to track if your cake is delivered. My cake also wasn’t delivered during the specified time I picked during checkout. I still love their cakes but I am disappointed in the service with this store!!! If I wanted it delivered by Uber Eats, I would have chose that option so I could track it!

The order had an incorrect address attached to it. The phone agents were clueless. It appeared to be inexperienced employees running the store on Valentine's Day. The recipient was finally able to have the information corrected when a call was placed to her and she confirmed it with the delivery driver. I called back to have my concerns addressed, I was told by the phone agent they could not find my order by the order number in their system nor by my cell phone number. She was not concerned. The customer service was horrible.
