We ordered two bigger plates and two regular plates, on the way out of town and only received one additional entrée instead of two. Basically paid a bigger plate price for a regular plate sized serving, don't get me wrong the food was good the employee at window was respectful and curteous but not attentive to what he was handing out. Please do better, I love your food and location, definitely coming back.
This is twice now that I order delivery from them and they forget the cub meal I order for my kid. I had reached out twice and I haven’t heard back nor been refunded.

Again and Again and Again and no one ever responds so maybe a review will work in getting some sort of communication. No matter how many times I go through this drive thru, I have the same order, and the same issue every single time.Every single time I order a Plate, White rice, Double Honey Sesame chicken. I do not understand how much simpler it can get. Yet every single time I trust them again, I wind up driving off without inspecting and getting White rice + Double some other meat they just had ready (Today it was Orange chicken, super cool,).Sick and tired of not having some sort of quality check for something you get off a buffet line thru a drive thru. It doesn't make any sense. They're in separate containers inside, does it change if it's through the drive thru?Anyways. Tired of consistently never hearing back and consistently having the same issue every other time. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to the University one, they've never screwed up the order.

Went in and bought a plate,the price is 9.95and it says 2 anyways and a side,so I get them and the price is 13 bucks per plate, panda express rips people off by not telling u about uping the price after u have them get the food together, they tell u 2 meats and a side in the plate then charge u 3 bucks more after u get up to pay for it, don't go to this place unless you want to get ripped off

Restaurant drink area was dirty, tables were sticky.Staff was not very knowledgeable, Had to wait for raguns to be cooked. They never brought him out. I had to go back and stand in line.
