I meet there with one person and with about eight. Conversation is easy. Food is good, fairly quick order. I don’t drink coffee so I can’t comment but my friends don’t complain.

If I could give this a negative star I would. The drive through is a joke how does it take 30 minutes to get your food it should be for online orders only. I ordered ahead and still waiting in line for the full 30 minutes plus. Do not recommend won’t even have time to eat my lunch.
So incredibly slow. The drive thru is soooo slow. You’d think they are baking fresh bread for every order. I don’t want to sound mean, as I respect people doing their jobs, but please hire more staff… and if you are going to prioritize pickup orders, please divert that away from the drive thru line.
Another note about drive thru—Once you are in line you are stuck, there is no jump out lane…

Worst Panera Bread ever. Terrible service and food.
I had an issue with a long wait time at the drive thru. The manager came and talked to me and helped to get it resolved. We will be back! Thank y'all

Very frustrating to order a pick 2 at the drive up—a simple cup of autumn squash soup and a half sandwich (for my boyfriend), wait in line for a while and then get home to discover that I was given tomato soup. I don’t really like tomato soup but I’m also wondering why they screwed up a simple order when they weren’t all that busy (2 cars ahead of me in the drive up and no one behind me, plus few cars in the parking lot as it was about 4 pm on a Saturday). I guess this is yet another local restaurant where I will have to carefully check all items in my order because they can’t consistently get it right.

Food was okay. Restaurant reeked of smoke, as if there had been a kitchen fire or it's not venting properly.

Thank you so much to the manager Fernando for being so kind when my husband and I were ordering lunch at this Panera. The customer service was excellent and my green goddess cobb salad and my husband's sandwich was delicious.

Love the location but the drive thru lane is always time consuming. Takes 10+ minutes most of the days not even during peak hours so if ur in a hurry not a good choice

Panera is so consistent at getting my order wrong, I now expect it. Soup without croutons and cheese this time. Specified to leave out plastic ladle, plastic spoons and bowls. Got all three. Par for the coast

We pick up from here all the time, and there are numerous issues:
* they NEVER include all of our items. They'll leave out soup, croutons, sides, etc
* if you get soup, they'll frequently not even fill the cup all the way
* if you pick up inside, your food will be extremely delayed
Panera food is generally yummy and this spot is 5 minutes from our house, so we visit every so often, but we're always a little disappointed when we do.
