Were coming from out of town and it’s next to our hotel. If I could give zero stars I would. They’re rude, and every single time you request a sauce, expect to not get any of them. Every time. Literally the worst papa John’s we have ever ordered from.

Pulled up to the Georgetown papa John’s to see four employees outside the front door smoking. I went in to pay for my pizza and witnessed two employees come in and go to the pizza station to make food without washing hands. The other employee went to the pizza oven and started cutting pizza and boxing wings without washing hands. Magic food handling safety is totally disregarded ?

Haven't had Papa Johns for years. I remember why now. Been seeing the Shaq pizza advertisement so I wanted to try it. Ordered on-line and said 26 minutes. Arrived and told not ready yet, 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later still waiting. The guy at register had zero customer service training. There were numerous people in the store in the same predicament. The store was a major Cluster F... finally got pizza but not what I ordered. At least my people got to eat.I'll stick to Marco's Pizza.

Worst service of any pizza place in Georgetown. Have waited over two hours for delivery and still nothing. Called the store and put on hold for 30+ minutes. Finally hung up. Recommend any other pizza place in Georgetown. Don’t waste your time or money.
They did a horrible job and clearly couldn’t care a less about good service. Our pepperoni jalapeño bacon pizza had NO pepperoni and on both pizzas they just threw a bunch of jalapeños on top at the end and didn’t even cook them. One wasn’t even cut

Ordered a pineapple and chicken pizza and we basically got a cheese pizza with super extra sauce. We also ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza and it was over cooked. Just super disappointed.

I placed a simple order for a large hand tossed 3 topping pizza, delivery. The delivery guy was very nice but when we opened the pizza box it was not what we ordered they replaced our pepperoni with onion. Not a good substitute, also only half of the pizza had crust! What the hell? The crust wasn't even thin enough to be considered thin crust, it was floppy almost non existent. We paid $35 dollars for this, I called the store to see if there was anything they could do to help us with this, I called over and over again only to be hung up on each time, 14 times to be exact. The employees would answer and then hangup. Insane. I had to call customer service and file a complaint with them. This place is garbage. Order from somewhere else. I suggest Pizza Hut. I'm serious, do NOT order from this place.

Papa John's won't let me order half with no cheese. She just kept saying that's not an option. Refused to explain why. I could get lite cheese or no cheese or regular but NOT half with no cheese.Doesn't make sense. Ridiculous
