This place has a passion project vibe written all over it. The quality of the food is incredible and the staff was so friendly.There are shareable boards for selection of appetizers and of main dishes. Expect to spend about $100/person. This is a place for people who love food and the experience of food.My favorite part of the experience was definitely the pairings of wine with your dishes. We had a mushroom tart and the large Mexican platter, and each of those had a specific white and red wine recommendation.The sav blanc I had with the mushroom tart was one of my favorite, and it really enhanced the flavors and balance of the tart so well.The rosé I had with the platter did the same. There is obviously so much thought put into each of the dishes. Everything was gourmet, flavorful and presented beautifully.My one gripe is that the chef’s table actually gave you no view into the kitchen. I would skip this experience and just grab a dining room table instead or sit and hang out with the super cool bartender.We will definitely be coming back!

We celebrated a birthday here last night and the service and food were beyond amazing. The BIG Tex board has the most tender ribeye and the made fresh In house to order cornbread was so delicious. We also tried the La Familia board and this was also very very good. The head Chef came and spoke to us and wished my son a happy birthday, along with bringing him a complimentary deconstructed s’mores dessert that was to die for! The waitstaff was all very knowledgeable and could tell you about each item on the boards. We will definitely be back again! Also looking forward to trying brunch!

My husband and I went here for a date night and had an amazing time. The wine, the service, the food and the atmosphere were all incredible. There was an amazing variety of boards to chose from and the intimate and unique atmosphere was great for a date night or a get together with friends. The chef stopped by our table and his passion and love for his craft is honestly what will keepus going back. You can tell he cares more about the quality of his product more than the quantity and more importantly truly cares for his staff and his team. Just an awesome experience and will recommend time and time again.

Where to start. Came in on a sleepy Tuesday on a whim and so glad did. Amazing place and the total package - food: service, and atmosphere.Staff: Chef Austin (and Jane) wow. Just WOW. What an amazing meal you all prepared. Form the (Savor) wild mushroom appetizer to the amazing Big Texas board the flavors a were amazing. The rub on the quail needs a o be available for purchase!Jane: your deserts were the perfect balance of sweet and savory with your bread pudding… and the passion fruit carmel taste was awesome.Erica: amazing drinks and the wine was superb. Anybody going, try the City Miles (made with a Texas tequila). Amazing drink and good “to go”.Jacob: while new was a great waiter and put up with us. Perfect balance of service and sarcasm. Appreciate the fun meal.Austin/Georgetown: COME! This is gem and I’ll be back whenever in town to let Chef Austin or Carlos just cook for us. What a Dina me memorable night. We had a wonderful experience. The chef personally came to talk to us; you can tell he is very passionate and he gave us a free bite of alligator which was really good. We were also greeted multiple times by the owner/manager. Our server knew a lot about the menu and had great suggestions. Food was great. Bartender was great.

The WORST place in the city to eat. Try McDonald's for a pleasant experience.$4.50 for diet coke and $4.50 per refill.Extremely noisy and your packed in like a sardine.
Went on their first day open for Saturday lunch- the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of presentation, quality, and flavor is undeniable - the waiter was perfect balance of friendly, informative, but not hovering - enjoyed every moment! Well done and thank you!

We loved this place! The service was outstanding and the food was surprisingly good. Wasn’t expecting much from the boards honestly but we both really loved it. We had the mezze board and the classic board. Our server was Jojo and he was wonderful! Always had our water glasses full and checked on us often. Can’t wait to go back.
