i love this place but the girls who was working that shift was inconsiderate and was not putting the customers happiness first. I paid extra for nutella, they gave me my bowl with no nutella. They then give me a tiny bit of nutella in a cup. I asked how am I supposed to add hard nutella into my bowl.. I even flipped the cup over to show how hard the nutella was .. Then instead of offering to make me a new bowl, since i did pay extra. They gave me another cup of nutella, when they was making the other cup i could see them looking at me weird and was talking to each other. I was not happy with this experience.

Listen. Shout out to the girl tonight who remade my bowl not once but twice because an error on our end. It was the end of her shift and she didn’t complain once about helping me fix an issue that was 100% our fault. She was the nicest employee we have met there and honestly she’s doing an amazing job. More companies need employees like her! She should be celebrated for her customer service!

This is my favorite health food store, and it's mostly because of the fantastic staff and Healthy bowls. Everyone is so welcoming and positive, and they greet you with a genuine smile. The store is clean, organized, and the staff's great attitude created a pleasant experience for us. They were very knowledgeable about the choices and the nutritional value. We ordered the Mucho Mango Bowl, and really enjoyed it. We would love to go back and try all their other bowls
