If I could rate you guys zero I would I just went to you guys store I ordered 6 wings got 6 free and a summer bundle why is it that when I got home and check my stuff I only got the rap and the drink like where is my chicken dipper

Chicken tenders were very thin and small. Fries were stuck together in clumps and extremely greasy. Biscuit was inedible it was as hard as a rock. Now worth the money very disappointing. I hardly ever come here and I definitely don't think I will again. Came here on 7-10-25

My food was all good besides the sliver of blackened chicken strip they put in my chicken wrap. It was like it was non existent. My friend works for Popeyes corporate and she told me that they were supposed to give me on WHOLE chicken strip, not a stripe of a strip. Now that I know better, they better not try that again.

Rude, inaccurate, and slow. It’s amazing this location has staff that act like the way they do in the area this location is in. Wild. Go to Hutto or P Ville. Worth the drive.

The customer service was good but the quality of food is inedible. The macaroni was burnt so much it looked like there was ground beef in it. The sandwich tasted like it was just breading but it was just old chicken that had been sitting forever and the Dr Pepper tasted like mold. The macaroni had to of been sitting in the warmer all day for it to be half brownish red. I thought the other order of macaroni was okay until I dug in it, it was also burned. Tried calling the number to get a resolution and it was disconnected. $27 for the meal.

There is a reason no one is in the drive through when canes is wrapped around their building twice. Could not drink ice tea, chlorine and mold taste. Chicken was dried out almost like jerky. Biscuits and shrimp were good, at least taste wise. Didn't stay in my stomach long tho. Take a look at the mac and cheese they sent me
