I love Popeyes, but not this location! The food is good, but the service is absolutely horrible!!! Also, check your order before leaving - they forget our fries. Service can make or break an experience and this location is getting bad reviews because of the service. Looking at other reviews this is not a new thing.Management needs to wake up here and hire friendly people that want to do a good job. Or at least retrain staff and set standards.My 3 stars is generous and only because the food we did get was good. 0 stars for the service here.

Currently in the process of contacting corporate from such a horrible experience.Make sure you’re checking your receipts because you’ll notice you’re being charged for things you didn’t purchase.Oh, and the phone numbers listed online and on the receipt for the store don’t work.Managers number listed on the receipt doesn’t allow any messages to be left either.

I ordered $60 worth of food. When I pull up to the window, I ask if it’s too late to add a drink. The girl working the drive-through disregards me. Then turns to me and says oh, it’s too late. I already ran your card.I specifically asked for a family size gravy, and upon inspecting the bag I did not receive the gravy. I go inside with my receipt, asking for my gravy and I met with confrontation. I’m told they put the gravy in the bag. I responded and say no I just checked the bag it’s not there. Again, I’m argued with, and said that I was given the gravy. I told them I did not know what to tell them that I did not have the gravy. I’m asked to bring my bag back inside so they can inspect it. I go back out to my car to get my bag which I have emptied everything out ahead looking for said gravy. I put everything back in the bag and go inside. They did not even look in the bag. They just handed me the gravy, and didn’t say anything else to me. Not even an apology.Absolute terrible customer service, and we will not be back.

We ordered from here and received only part of the order in total. They left out fries and Mac for the meals after buying the combos. Also the wings are not tossed in any sauce they just dump it on top of wings in the box, feels like minimum effort. Overall I’ve like other Popeyes but definitely won’t be back to this location. Might as well have gone next door to canes.

Sitting here at 1115 AM and they have no spicy chicken. 12 minutes is what I’m supposed to be waiting. I ordered at 11:03. Really 11:23 and no hot sauce and kids meal only one strip and apple sauce! Wow!!! Help me!!!!
