This store is doing an excellent job. I came in this morning for coffee and the store was spotless and beautifully organized. They were so fast with checking me out I almost had no time to think! I enjoy yhe many choices for coffee and the exceptional service. š great job to managment!
Totally skimping on the brisket in the breakfast tacos! Grabbed one last week and it had no brisket. Today, a couple of strands of brisket. Iām posting pics from now on. Step it up QT!
Customer service was decent. The new machines for soda suck. Tried to get green tea- again- from these new machines and they aren't hooked up properly and keep spitting out soda water tea. It's disgusting!
Iāve been coming to this QT almost daily for the past two years with my crew while working on a nearby construction project.
We regularly bought breakfast, coffee, lunch, snacks, and filled up our work trucks hereāeasily spending $6,000ā$7,000 a month.
Today I went in to order a pizza from the kitchen. I asked the guy behind the counter, and he told me to place the order through the tablet. When I tried, the screen just said āunbelievable.ā I went back to ask the same employee about it, but before he could answer, another staff member jumped in abruptly and said, āThe ovenās not working right nowā ā with a cold, rude attitude and zero professionalism.
That tone and behavior were completely uncalled for. I dropped everything I was about to purchase, and so did my crew. We wonāt be returning to this location anymore, and Iāll be encouraging other coworkers and nearby crews to do the same.
Customer service matters. We were loyal customers who supported this business daily, and this store just lost thousands in monthly revenue over one employeeās attitude.

Very friendly costumer service
Itās a brand new store and it was FILTHY. From the entrance door mats to the ladies bathroom, I was surrounded by dirt, trash on the floors, etc. EVERY employee including the āmanagerā was busy scrolling on their phones (apparently there was no work to be doneā¦). I told the āmanagerā I was going to fill out a comment card and he tried to bribe me with freebie gift cards. I told him I didnāt want his money, I wanted to shop in a clean store and left. What a letdown.
Finally open for business!
